A fantastic thermal paste for your CPU!

Noctua NT-H2 10g, Thermal Computer Paste incl. 10 cleaning wipes (10g)
Noctua NT-H2 10g, Thermal Computer Paste incl. 10 cleaning wipes (10g)

Pros: - easy instructions to follow to apply the correct amount of thermal paste - higher viscosity than your typical "grey" paste - wipes really helped to clean up the old caked on mess from my last application, over 6 years ago

Cons: - a little expensive

Overall Review: I usually don't get excited at ALL about thermal pastes. They are usually cheap, and do a fairly good job by themselves. The reason why I decided to spend the time to review this product is because of how impressed I was at the whole process of switching mine out on my old 5960X, to try this product. Literally no issues whatsoever with getting this to work. Last time I must have put a bit too much on, and had a mess to clean up, but I followed the instructions the best I could with dot sizing, and got it all set back up. The BEST thing I can report is that I was able to drop CPU temps down 10 DEGREES! I was seeing an average of 95-105, and now I get 84-95. Fantastic offering from Noctua. I WILL be using their products again on other builds!

Works like a champ. Not much else to say...

AFT XM-37U USB 3.0 3.5” Kiosk Card Reader
AFT XM-37U USB 3.0 3.5” Kiosk Card Reader

Pros: - draws very little power - fits standard floppy drive-sized front slot - works without any software - easy to identify slot markings for your cards

Cons: - none that I can see, even after a few years of owning it

Overall Review: I would recommend this product to anyone with cameras or people who put music on their phones on a micro sd slot...its really easy to use, and you can see all of the drives available to you in your 'Computer'. I think it really adds to the versatility of any desktop, and it does so in a nice, complete, power saving package!

Quite possibly the best PSU you can STILL buy today!

CORSAIR AXi Series AX1600i CP-9020087-NA 1600W ATX 80 PLUS TITANIUM Certified Full Modular Digital ATX Power Supply
CORSAIR AXi Series AX1600i CP-9020087-NA 1600W ATX 80 PLUS TITANIUM Certified Full Modular Digital ATX Power Supply

Pros: - everything

Cons: - nothing - price

Overall Review: I have used this now for a few years, and I gotta say this is the best PSU money can buy. It has kept my hardware running, and kept power surges at bay, even in my old apartment that had really spotty brownouts. I run a pretty beastly rig, and this thing takes ANYTHING I can throw at it, from SLI GTX 980s...to the RTX 2080 Ti. I've got several HDDs plugged up to it as well, and am an overclocker too, so this PSU has really shined for me. If you have the money, I absolutely recommend it. In fact, if I ever move on from this current setup, I will likely pull this unit and put it in the new build too.

An absolute BEAST of a fan! WILL need some kind of speed adjustments, unless you like your PC sounding like a jet engine

EK-Furious Meltemi 120 (1200-3500rpm)
EK-Furious Meltemi 120 (1200-3500rpm)

Pros: - Quality housing - BEAST construction - Fantastic RPM operating range - Good finish work on the cabling

Cons: - runs very loud (3000 rpm) at all times, without some kind of fan speed regulating software - a bit costly (but that's probably to be expected)

Overall Review: Overall, I am glad I purchased this. I usually run my PC behind my TV in an entertainment system, so I know it can get a bit hot back behind there. This fan does some WORK at pushing out air. It keeps my case cool (not necessarily my CPU, but the case temp is in the 60s) very well. Get some kind of fan speed regulating software or hardware, as this thing is LOUD....obnoxiously loud. Then again, you KNOW its working haha!
