Pros: Everything I needed on a beautiful red/black mobo. Not to big, not to small. Works with coffee lake. MSI quality. M.2.
Cons: Only 2 dimms. Not a big deal for me. Everyone's running 2x8g memory these days anyway, right?
Overall Review: Good board. Good price. If you're building a coffee lake rig on a budget I'd highly recommend.
Good. Not great.
Pros: Looks nice. Matches my red/black theme. Cools a little bit better than stock. Quiet. Price.
Cons: By cools a little bit better. I mean... a LITTLE bit... Did I mention it looks nice?
Overall Review: Don't you dare overclock anything under this. But for aesthetics sake it's a lot nicer than most stock coolers. Keeps my i5-8500 under control.
That Sapphire Quality
Pros: Quiet fans. Great price. Only requires an 8 pin. Runs everything at 1080p/Ultra at 60+ fps. Overclocked mine to 1450mhz no problem. Well built. Very sturdy. Just quality design all around. It looks cool, lol. Red/Black themed builders eat your heart out.
Overall Review: If you game at 1080p, here's your card. Ultra. 60fps. Happy Birthday.
Pros: FAST 6 cores Reasonably priced. Handles all the latest games, even core hungry Ubisoft titles.
Cons: Runs a bit hot. The stock cooler is pretty wimpy. I'd recommend upgrading.
Overall Review: Brilliant cpu for anyone who isn't worried about overclocking. It comes with a very respectable clock speed already. But at just 200mhz higher than the 8400, the difference in real world performance is a wash. Maybe save a few bucks and get the 8400. Unless you're like me, and just HAD to have that 3.0ghz base :)
