Most Favorable Review

Great entry-level card

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5670 (Redwood) 512MB DDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 Graphics Card 100287VGAL
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5670 (Redwood) 512MB DDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 Graphics Card 100287VGAL

Pros: Runs Crysis on High settings, decent performance for non-editing, general use computer with above average gaming performance... DX11 compatable... powered soley by PCIexpress, no wires from your PS needed

Cons: It uses electricity

Overall Review: Check the benchmarks, the 512mb card is very comparable to the exact same one with 1gb... few FPS in certain games for a bit cheaper. Does exactly what it needs to on my rig, and I was impressed with its mid-level gaming performance, but I'm sure I'll upgrade later.

Decent, don't expect much

OCZ Obsidian 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model OCZ3OB1600LV4GK
OCZ Obsidian 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model OCZ3OB1600LV4GK

Pros: -The memory runs stable @ 533Mhz (1066) -4GB DDR3 for 69.99! (after rebate)

Cons: I am currently also running the Phenom II 955 with these two sticks, I simply cannot run this memory stable at anything more than 533Mhz. If I turn it up to 800Mhz it will run Win 7 x64 for awhile and then crash within an hour or so. If I go "modest" at 667Mhz then the system will freeze/hang after awakening from sleep or sometimes while trying to play a game... Tried messing with timings, No luck there either

Overall Review: If you are an AMD user, stay away from these if you NEED to have that 800 Mhz speeds, because you simply wont get them. Even if you aren't and you can find some other memory for cheaper, I would probably go that route... It runs, so hence the 3 eggs, although I am a bit disappointed. It appears others are having the same issues... I wish I would have spent a bit more and went with OCZ's Black Edition memory, and those with AMD gaming/overclocking builds should go this route, since AMD Overdrive Supports that memory (only with the 965 and 955 processors though) System: GIGABYTE GA-770TA-UD3 AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition OCZ Obsidian 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5670 512MB Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 7200 RPM OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ500MXSP 500W XION AXP Gaming AXP300-001BK Black

Works Well

NZXT CB-LED20-BU Sleeved LED Kit - Blue, 2 m
NZXT CB-LED20-BU Sleeved LED Kit - Blue, 2 m

Pros: They are bright and directional - meaning they can be "pointed" a direction and light that area up.

Cons: Some might say that the fact that they do need to be pointed is a con. The power cord is WAY too short.... I had to put it on the bottom Rear slot so that the cord would reach around my motherboard... I don't know why they wouldn't make it longer.

Overall Review: I was disappointed that the molex plug was so short, it wouldnt even clear my mobo on the top expansion slot so its at the bottom slot on a full tower case making it kind of hard to turn on/off (not worth deducting a egg) still it works as advertized

Pros: Works Great in my PS3 over a year and a half later

Cons: "Small" by todays standards in laptop drives

Overall Review: This was more than enough to increase my HD Capacity in my Playstation 3

Runs Good

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL7D-8GBXH
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL7D-8GBXH

Pros: Runs at rated timings, nice looking sticks

Cons: Costs more than other sets

Overall Review: It costs a bit more, but the timings are very tight and offer slightly better performance over their cheaper competition.

Great "entry" gaming card

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity (100315L )
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity (100315L )

Pros: This seems to be a gamer's sweet spot. at the time, after rebate the card is less than $170, which is perfect pricing for this card, It honestly is probably worth $200

Cons: Not the fastest card available, but it definately gets the job done.

Overall Review: Now you wont break any records with this card, and if you are one of those people that needs the best of the best, you probably aren't looking at this card. However it performs as expected, and once i scrape the cash up, I plan on xfire. It probably is unnecessary running two, but I could easily see getting 100FPS+ in most games with nearly all the goodies at 1080p I see 50-60 FPS on Just Cause 2 with almost everything maxed, 30 FPS with it maxed. overall the gamer's sweet spot to play pretty much every game out there on very enjoyable settings. Sapphire is also pretty good on their rebates, and I have never had an issue in the past, although they usually take the standard 4-6 weeks to get.
