Pros: - Very heavy duty legs make for a nice stable base - Motors seem to be high quality and not very loud compared to others I have heard in the past - 2 cable management holes in desktop are nice with ports that open/close if not in use - Overall great desk and included hardware and instructions are spot on. Even came with an actual size screwdriver for assembly too. Included cable management ties were a life saver, impressive attention to detail.

Cons: - Not really a con but desktop comes in 2 pieces which leaves a seam but not a huge deal

I would NEVER buy from this marketplace again. Very shady customer service and tried to charge me a $79 restocking fee on an item that was DOA! That's essentially fraud in my eyes. Was sold a refurbished unit as brand new and only found this out when I contacted HP directly.
