Pros: Amazing fit, comfortable to wear for hours. I have worn this set watching movies, 7.1 sounds amazing in headphones. Also, I am an avid gamer - word to the wise guys and gals, if you are playing BFBC2, turn the sound settings to War Tapes and crank this baby up! There are times when I thought my ear drums were going to blast out! The bass in the explosions are brain rattling! If you are looking to get a head set that will give you the extra edge - I can HEAR people in Black Ops walking up behind me, WITH NINJA PRO on. They call me a hacker! Hahah! I try to explain that it's the headset, and for those that own one, they understand how detailed it is. Also, the macro buttons are sensitive - so if you have the set, bring up the control panel for the headphones because you might accidently select a voice morpher and sound like a chipmunk on crack when you jump in TS or Vent...lol. You will NOT be disappointed! Best money I have spent here!
Cons: Um...none? It wasn't free? lol. I have paid more money for less product before. Let me list some more pros - great contruction, durable, the cord does not get tangled, great voice morphers (I can sound like Buzzsaw off the Saw movies, which FREAKS people out!), and really comfortable for long use. They are a little bulky, but you get used to that. It's a great trade off for the quality. I will never purchase any other brand from this point forward!
Overall Review: Based on the reviews I read, I purchased this head set and have never looked back. I have also never been this pleased with a headset. Even Razors design to inferior. I studied and have a degree in SOUND PRODUCTION from Missouri State. So I know a little bit about what actual industry standard headphones sound like. And when I saw my favorite Director reviewing the Daylies (google it lol) for his next movie WEARING these headphones, I was sold! If Hollywood is using them to produce movies, and they are durable enough to wear on set, then I believe ANY true gamer would miss out NOT purchasing these!
Over 429.99 USED card!
Pros: I Egg for NEWEGG ONLY, not MSI. Great card, works well out of the box. So far, no need to OC. Runs BF3 on Ultra at 70-80 FPS. This SMOKES anything from AMD! I had a 7850 OC'd to 70, and it left it in the DUST! The fan warm up at post is no issue for me.
Cons: Newegg sent me a USED CARD?! Really? Come on guys! I have spent thousands of dollars on here, and over $400 for a gpu, and it was sent used? Obvious the box was opened, manuals tinkered with and so on. Have not tried the code for Borderlands 2, but will report back if it does not work. There are minor scratches on the card, box was even slightly damaged! This is the LAST TIME I do business with newegg! It was also shipped to ANOTHER state, delaying the upgrade I had promised someone. Not NewEggs fault, but they DO have UPS on retainer here and accidents do happen. But still, to add insult to injury, it was USED!
Overall Review: MSI is a great company. I fully believe that if they want to keep a valued customer, someone should contact me. I DOUBT newegg will even do anything about this. The operator on the phone got a slight attitude with me when we were discussing the shipping issue. The thing is - I dont care whose fault it was, accidents happen. They are going to reimburse me for the shipping, but you should never get a defensive attitude with a customer over the phone. I would love to do business with MSI in the future, but would rather not have this card in my machine USED. I PAID full price for what I THOUGHT was a new card, enough said.
Pros: Great Flyer, Average Battery, Good Speed, Great Direction
Cons: Bad Battery power, charge does not last long but thats outlined in the manual. Takes some getting used - DO NOT fly this outside with even mild windy conditions, it will catch an updraft and come crashing down 2 miles later...
Overall Review: Sort of flimsy, but mine has taken some really hard hits already. Blades are VERY durable. ONE NOTE: There is an attachment from the top blade to the gyro - do NOT lose this! The heli will not fly without it!
Works Well, but some caution...
Pros: Great Display, excellent response on the touchscreen, beep is not overly loud, does well in my machine
Cons: Back of the unit is glued together-the actual connectors are superglued on, making them extremely flimsy. The top metal piece gets VERY HOT - it is attached to the back of the unit, and has a small screw in it. READ THIS REVIEW when trying to configure this product, if attempting to outside of the actual machine. It will burn your fingers! I have a CM Storm Scout w/2 LED fans front and rear - they are NOT the 3 pin design and are NOT able to be powered by this product. The other fan (top 140mm) and my CM V8 Heatsink work just fine. DO NOT try cutting and splicing wires, this will not work! I worked on this for 3 days trying to get it to work on those LED fans, but gave up and ordered 2 new fans to be mounted on my side panel - I needed them anyway to keep my GPU cooler. Bottom line, use only supplied cables and plugs. It will not allow you to get creative! The tape supplied is junk and does not stay long. Invest in special 3M tape before ordering.
Overall Review: Instructions are horrible - but this product really is to be installed by someone that knows wiring and can do solid custom builds. I have only built a few machines so I am not a pro. But I will say this-this is NOT an easy install on machines like mine. If you have fans that have 3 pin connectors, need the front panels to work (USB, e-SATA, HD Audio, etc) then all of that works just fine for that, too. It powered up fine, viewing angles are a little off but you CAN angle it in your case just a tinge upward if you need to. Bottom Line: if you have 3 pin fans that run average speeds (no more than 2-3000 RPMs) and like the eye-candy element this thing has to offer, and need a front panel for USB/eSATA operation, this is the best thing out there for you. It will NOT slide in those double slots that easy.
