Yea Fan

Pros: Its a Fan what do you want me to say? It blows air fairly quiet and does what its suppose to. 92 mm fan guard / grill fit this fan
Cons: None so far They do not tell you anywhere that 92 mm fan grills fit this fan. You just have to figure it out, so I saved you the worrying....you are welcome :)
Overall Review: Cheap bearing setup which I am sure will bite me down the road when it dies prematurely. I bought this for Home server where I had limited space ie reason I choose 100 mm
Awesome case

Pros: Excellant setup for windows Home server 2011 or NAS Stylish doesn't need to be hidden Well built ( but can Mod as I did) Total 6 drive Bays (4) 3.5 inch drives and (2) 2.5 inch drive bays With good search can replace with decent power supply see below. with power supplies mentioned below can fit Zalman CNPS8900 Extreme Heatsink Low profile Fits ITX boards well Great video on YouTube
Cons: Power supply is cheap and most likely will not last Tight space ( but hey its small )
Overall Review: I strongly suggest replace power supply with following if you can find them. I have OCZ StealthXStream OCZ700SXS 700W Power Supply at 5.5 inches deep and fits with room to spare above my heatsink Zalman CNPS8900Extreme. BIG Tip Power supply replacement CAN NOt I repeat NOT exxceed 6 inches long or will NOT fit in this case. Power supply I was going to use was Antec EA-430 Green 430W at 5.5 inches deep. I also as other reviewer mentioned put in a SilenX EFX-10-12 100mm Case Fan in front to bring more air in through the front connected fan with Rubber Fan Grommets . Increased noise level with Non stock heatsink and 100 mm fan in front to maybe 35-40 dbs compared to original 30 dbs but I can live with faint hum of fans as opposed to server and back up crash from over heating. Mother board I went with for server build ASUS P8H77 ITX why ??? ONLY ITX I could find with Socket 1155 and 6 SATA ports and supported RAID 10 for my (4) 3TB drives I used Corsair M4 256 SSD drive for OS and windows home server 2011. See my Review at length under Windows Home Server 2011 for tips and tricks to get over issues I ran into with Hardware and WHS 2011
Micro ITX Board for WHS 2011 Server

Pros: 6 count them 6 SATA ports RAID 0,1,5,10 support 16 GB RAM USB 3.0 Zalman CNPS8900Extreme fits this board must use low profile Ram with heatspeader no higher then 1/8 inch above Ram DIMM. Also May interfere with PCIe Video card slot on board I didn't use video card fro my build but looks as if Board would fit in but would touch Put a piece of high temp thin plastic between them you should be ok
Cons: H77 chipset can't overclock CPU Poor coumentation of what after market heatsinks will fit this board.
Overall Review: I originally bought the ASROCK Z77e ITX board for my windows home server project, I wanted to have lots of hard drives but for the life of me couldn't find a fricking ITX board with more then 4 SATA ports let alone one that supported Raid 10. I found this board and compromised on the Z77 chipset (m overclocking ) for H77 chipset No overclocking to get the extra SATA connections and my POOR intel i5 3870K ( ie unlocked) will never see the overclocking it was intended for ( and I paid extra for it ...DAM) NewEGG was good supports about it and RMA'd my unopened box for the ASROCK board Works great all drives working to peak performance MAKE sure you have allthe LATEST drivers and BIOS drivers in before crying the blues something isn't working after you install your OS. See My more in depth review under Windows Home server 2011 on NewEGG
Great Price for what you get

Pros: Worked right out of the box with Asus Z77e ITX board
Cons: None so far
Overall Review: works with Low profile heatsinks such as Zalman CNPS8900 extreme in above mother board
Fan grills

Pros: 2 pack ahhh they are Metal they actually fit Hey you gotta be happy when things work right...GO China
Cons: None so far
Overall Review: Just buy them, evne if you don't need them otherwise why would you be reading this?
Low Profile Heatsink <60 mm

Pros: Low Profile < 60 mm ( If you don't know metrics learn it or use google to convert) Excellant coller rating compared to other low profile heatsinks, slightly louder then stock heatsink But cools a whole 16-22 degrees cooler from my research on the web ( dependes on CPU and case air flow of course ) Made of Copper base, when computer dies sell for scrape metal to make US pennies ( copper is coming up in price ) Soon you will see road side banners we BUY copper instead of We Buy Gold ITX boards it Fits ASUS P8H77 ITX Asrock Z77 ITX Board....please read cons below
Cons: May not clear all components on board Good Luck researching this one on manufactures website and Motherboard Manufactures website. Despite fitting above boards it may interfere with PCIe slot for GPU card. Also will not clear HIGH ram heatsinks Mine are 1/8 an inch over ram and still clear heatsink by another 1/8 inch.
Overall Review: Great heatsink only other option I would consider is small water cooling setup but my mini server case had NO room to spare for this setup
