Overall Review: Had an issue after 6 months, still not entirely sure what happened but I contacted Rosewill support and after sending them the invoice as proof of purchase they talked to Newegg and are getting a replacement sent to me for free, without wanting the defective product back. As far as the product itself, it worked wonderfully. Quick boil, good but not annoying alerts when the water is ready, and accurate to +/- 2 degrees. And for some reason, guests always complemented it on how it looked. I think the goose-neck does more than just utilitarian use.
