Pros: After a moment, works just like I expected.

Cons: No instructions, so it took a moment )literally less than a minute) to guess that the eraser like end needed to be removed to charge it. When fist starting to draw with it, it had an intermittent signal failing to draw a continuous line. Until I remembered the button at the eraser end. once pressing it & it glowing blue; it worked flawlessly. A one page card or instructions would have saved a couple minutes of deduction. Though not much, I hope you trusted the product enough to make the same simple discoveries I did.

Overall Review: A double sided instruction card would have prevented a couple minutes of deceptive frustration & disappointment. Intuitive solutions that could be easily prevented for a more flawless first impression. Only test left is durability that only time can tell.

When the shipment was 3 weeks late, I contacted them to inform them. Within 2 hours they responded by sending another with the 2-4 day shipping. It arrived, a day later than promised, but arrived. It would have helped tremendously for them to have kept the tracking information accurate & updated. After the label was printed, there were no updates & they did not inform me that they changed shippers for the 2nd one.
