Overall Review: I've always been a major fan of silence in my rig as much as possible. Got all Noctua and Silent Wings fans all around, AIO cooler, fans curves set low, etc. Still there were faint "wuh-wuh-wuh-wuh" sounds that would emanate from my computer that sort of drove me nuts. What is it? AIO pump? Are the fans not tuned correctly? It can't be the PSU, could it? Everyone says they barely make noise, plus mine as a well-reviewed EVGA GS series with eco-mode so the fan shouldn't even be on most of the time. Oh well, I lived with it. Fast forward to me getting a new job that paid decently so I splurged on a new CPU, mobo and memory, might as well splurge on a new PSU and be absolutely certain that component is responsible for NO noise. Plus the in-depth reviews online have sung its praises about being one of the best PSU's money can buy, so I figured with a 12-year warranty I might as well be certain I have the Cadillac of PSU's locked down for at least the next decade and went for it. I love this thing. Dead silent, the previous noise coming from the case is now gone, so the previous noise *was* the old PSU after all. This thing runs a i9-9900k and 1080ti with 32GB of RAM, several fans and SSD/HDD's with no problem. And my case is overall cooler according to all the readings I see.
