Good reader
Pros: It is a good reader It comes up fine under windows XP without loading any drivers and the driver CD it comes with has linux drivers for those of you who want to run Linux.
Cons: I am not sure this is even a con but if you load your OS with this thing connectd to your motherboard it becomes drive C,D,E,F and your hard drives take a lower presidence. Moral of the story... load your OS before you connect this thing.
OK keyboard
Pros: It has keys that work and will let you type on them. If you like membrane keyboards I guess this one is not that bad. I had the 510s from Logitech but that is like 7 years years old and wanted an upgrade. This did not feel like an upgrade to me.
Cons: This keys felt very mushy to me and the deck seemed to have a bit of flex to it. I returned this and happened to find a sale on a mechanical keyboard.
Overall Review: I would only recommend this if you are looking specifically for a cheap ASUS board but there has to be a better one than this
Great Fans
Pros: These fans are really nice. The colors that that they can display is much better than the AURA Sync software can take advantage of. You can control the RGB with AURA sync , sort of, but I would suggest you download iCUE to take full advantage. The RGB settings there are so much better
Overall Review: I would recommend these to friend. They are not cheep but then again high quality RGB fans are not.
Great board so far
Pros: Easy to setup. RGB was pretty simple to setup. Post on this thing is crazy fast. If you blink you will probably miss it and not get into the BIOS setting if you are trying. SO I have had this board since July and this a rock solid board. No complaints. It has all the ports I need. Now I might need a couple of more USB ports but I would have run into that with every board I think.
Cons: The only possible complain I could have is that Windows !0 install did not recognize the network adapters on the board so I had to load them from the CD
Overall Review: I would definitely buy this again.
very good monitor
Pros: Large size and has software to allow you to do split screen. For this price range you are getting an excellent large screen monitor
Cons: only 75 Hz but I can't really complain about that.
Overall Review: I have used this for almost a year now and have no complaints. The speakers are not the best but then again what monitor speakers are? The only thing that would keep from buying this again is not enough desk space and looking to get a higher refresh rate.
Good performance upgrade for the cost
Pros: Coming from a 2TB HDD the only question for me was to go with this or a faster one from a different manufacturer. For the price this is definitely worth the upgrade. So much faster than any HDD. I was using the HDD only for data since I have a 250 GB NVMe for a boot drive
Overall Review: I would say buy this one over the slightly cheaper BX version. For the price this is definitely worth the upgrade. So much faster than any HDD. Not as fast as an NVMe drive but you can't expect SATA to be.
