Pros: Using on a Phenom II x4 Black edition, idles at 36 degree C, and thats with shutting off the Clock manager and constantly running at 3 Ghz. Very very very happy with the purchase. Love the 4 pin interface, if your case runs cool the cpu fan will never make noise.

Pros: Works well, looks great. Plenty of room for large cpu heatsink with all the Ram slots filled up. Like the position of the sata slots and heatsinks...wont interfere with a giant PCIe video card. Have seen a lot of M/B's that have that problem. RAID works well.

Cons: On board video looks great, but HORRIBLE for games haha it can't run anything but at the end of the day doesn't really matter since it has a PCIe slot.
