Just Works4/21/2020 3:05:17 PM

Pros: fast, compatible with SDXC

Overall Review: No complaints. I used their SD adapter to move files from an old 128GB SD through an SD to USB adapter. Using my USB 3 MacBook Air. I plan on using this new one for a few more years.

Handy and Perfect Size for Single Serve1/23/2020 1:56:49 PM

Pros: Simple one button. Handy.

Overall Review: This is my 3rd smoothie blender. I have more powerful, larger ones but I end up going to this one. I tend to use too much fruit with the larger blenders; this one is the perfect size. Now I make smoothies everyday. I didn't get it for the vacuum pump/valve but it is useful if the blender is full (otherwise there is too much air). It helps for a smoothie to go. It should work with a broken up frozen banana. I definitely wouldn't put large ice cubes in it, little square ones may work ok. It does fine with frozen blueberries. This little blender is all I really needed.

I Like It1/21/2020 3:28:40 PM

Pros: Temperature and wattage presets. Very functional. Easily stored.

Cons: I haven't found any except the fact cookware must be magnetic for all induction cooktops.

Overall Review: I've never used one of these before. I was pleasantly surprised. 1500W max is more than enough for everything I do on it. This one may not be the one for you if you have a normal roomy countertop and a devoted AC socket; there may be a step up for that scenario. This one is perfect for me.

Cool little enclosure for SSD1/8/2020 8:46:23 PM

Pros: Works great. Cool lighting.

Overall Review: The drive can be seen so you know what's in there (get a nice looking drive!). The aluminum is a nice touch. Blue LEDs glow around it. Looks cool just sitting there plugged in. Red LEDs flash with the blue when being used making a violet color effect. The lights are under it when laid flat so the lighting isn't in your eyes. Steady 64MB/s write file transfer speed in Win 10 with a 1TB Mushkin RAW SSD transferring music from a 5400 rpm SATA hard drive. Really smooth. It's pretty neat for a little enclosure.

It's air! Good air too.12/27/2019 2:05:06 PM

Pros: Affordable, effective

Cons: not rechargeable

Overall Review: It's just air! I've seen reviews where they overanalyze the bitterant, etc. This is good 'ol diflouroethane air and good pressure at that. I paid for 3 cans for what I would pay for one can locally. Me and my clean PC are happy :)

I like it12/27/2019 2:00:05 PM

Pros: Heats water quickly. Intuitive controls with LED display are easy to set. No glass to break.

Cons: I'm used to my teapot with a wide spout. I'm getting used to this gooseneck.

Overall Review: Great deal on a simple yet functional way to boil water. Seems like this would last for years with proper care.

Well made12/24/2019 10:14:22 AM

Pros: Does everything it says. Metal enclosure and lots of air flow gives me reassurance.

Cons: "Active POE" only. No remote reset switch. I've never needed it myself, I just noticed that.

Overall Review: I checked out several POE injectors to replace my Ubiquity one. Turns out this one is Active POE and won't work on my Bullet HP. Many Ubiquity products use Passive POE only. This one had a fair price, Gigabit ethernet and solid design. "Enterprise Networking Solution".

Pretty cool gadget12/11/2019 10:12:28 AM

Pros: Takes SD or micro SD with your own adapter. It works as a USB card reader. Shows up on wifi.

Cons: It is apparently not geared for desktop use unless you use USB. One must download an app for a phone or tablet to use the wifi feature. I couldn't find an app for my desktop Mac OS.

Overall Review: It was on sale so I had to try it out. I'll keep it in my gadget bag for the time I'll need to swap photos or music with somebody's phone.

Just what I expected from Mushkin12/11/2019 10:02:49 AM

Pros: Fast and reliable. It just works and does what it should.

Cons: none

Overall Review: 1TB solid state is more affordable than ever. I have an NVMe for a boot drive. I use this as a fast scratch drive for music and graphics. I have a good feeling this will last for many years. Mushkin has never disappointed me.

Nice Little Scale3/30/2019 9:38:57 PM

Pros: Not larger than needed. Sleek glass top, standard AA batteries

Cons: None

Overall Review: Perfect little simple scale for me. Looks nice, easy to move out of the way when not used and works well.

Solid, Just What I Needed3/29/2019 8:39:41 PM

Pros: Lots of reliable horsepower. Solid build quality. Amazing heat sink. Nice replaceable fans. Backplate design that aids cooling. XFX factory tuned.

Cons: Wow. Can't think of any right now.

Overall Review: I just went through an intermittent problem with a "fake" RX 560 from another manufacturer. It was refreshing to install this XFX RX 570 with a new install of Windows 10, the latest AMD Adrenaline drivers and just cruise along with instant performance. All stock settings. No Radeon "recommendations". I does great without them. The fans haven't come on yet. I have it set on Zero RPM mode. It got up to 40C with the case fans so far. Amazing heat sink design allows it to do that. I tested them in WattMan to make sure the fans were ok. I do mostly creation, I don't really play games. I just need a video card that can keep up with whatever I might do, web, video, etc. This will do perfectly. Good price too. Highly recommended.

I have a problem too3/27/2019 11:42:23 AM

Pros: Looks like the perfect little video card for me.

Cons: Intermittent failures. Works great when it works.

Overall Review: I have been troubleshooting this build for a couple of weeks. I get no errors for anything in my system but video. I get a video error from the motherboard sometimes when restarting. This card halts the PC when I try to do anything that requires a bit of video horsepower. I've tried new drivers, reseating the card, stock settings, all recommendations, etc. I know it is not even close to overheating. It just eventually slows the PC to its knees ending with a black screen. I'm just going to try a different brand and upgrade a bit to the 570. I don't have a good feeling about this RX 560 to try again. I've seen other reviews with similar problems, not worth another gamble for me.

Slick Keyboard3/26/2019 1:12:48 PM

Pros: Smooth & quiet black keys. adjustable blue back lighting, gold anodized aluminum surface, "no Windows key" option, braided cable

Cons: Keys bottom out pretty hard.

Overall Review: I actually got excited about this keyboard. I was checking out the build quality and was very impressed until I tried the keys. They felt kind of mushy, travelled far and bottomed out plastic to plastic. I put some rubber O-rings on the most used keys and it really made a difference ("RO-100 B" bag of 100 cheap from Newegg). Now it feels more like my other mechanical keyboards without the "click". Ajazz even gives you a key puller like they expect you to do this. I'm really glad I found this keyboard. It is a unique keeper.

Fast & Steady3/20/2019 8:53:10 AM

Pros: Fast. Doesn't get hot. Solid build quality.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I moved 1000's of mp3s to mine when I first got it. Moved them all in minutes. Works like a champ. I just have a good feeling about it. It doesn't feel flimsy like many other sliding type drives. I've tried many others. I'm glad I got this one for this music consolidation project of mine.

Brilliant In 2 Ways3/20/2019 8:14:42 AM

Pros: Nice quality mousepad. Nice lighting. No software required.

Cons: Switch box could be slimmer.

Overall Review: The design of this mousepad is brilliant and so are the lights. Nice consistent glow around the pad that doubles as edge stitching. Clear thread for the stitching. I've found the best mouse pads that last more than a few weeks have some kind of stitching around the edge. It survived me cramming it under my monitor, laptop stand, radio, etc. It covers my desk perfectly edge to edge. No tacky logo, just plain black with selectable lighting. I'm not much of a gamer but I like choosing the different plain light colors for the mood with some nice brilliant colors. The other animated modes remind me of a Rave party, ha. It even has a soft bluish white mode I find I use most. The price was comparable if not a bit less than most other quality mousepads. I would buy again...good job guys.

Nice Quiet Glow3/10/2019 7:10:46 AM

Pros: Nice bearings, rubber pads on mounts help vibration, nice glow

Cons: I don't like the white pads. I wish they were black, grey, green, anything else.

Overall Review: I had never heard of Aigo but I wanted a nice green lit fan for prosperity in my new gold Raijintek Styx case. These turned out to be really quiet, have a consistent glow around the fan and seem like they will last a long time with the fluid bearings. The "4-pin" plug is a molex 12V connector which does come in handy but not to be confused with a PWM fan plug. I wouldn't hesitate buying fans from them again.

Looks Great & Works3/10/2019 6:50:15 AM

Pros: Looks great, dissipates a lot of heat.

Cons: Installation a bit tricky

Overall Review: I know NVMe chips can get hot when transferring a lot of data. That can cause the speed to throttle back. That also can't help the longevity. This helps cool tremendously. Don't tell anybody but I didn't use the 1mm thick top thermal pad. I put a thin layer of Ceramique thermal compound on the chips and sandwiched that in there. That's got to work better than that thick pad. I also read the horror stories about snapping it together. This also made that part easier, still seems to clip on there pretty tight. Just mind the small notches on the backplate for the clips regardless. I'll never install an NVMe without one of these again.

Nice Nightstand Light & Speaker3/10/2019 6:25:03 AM

Pros: touch light, Bluetooth, decent sound for a small footprint, blue LED clock, rechargeable battery

Cons: Static on FM with light on in rural areas

Overall Review: I like this lamp/alarm clock/Bluetooth speaker on my nightstand. I like the soft light and the easy to read blue clock display. The speaker sounds much better than any phone or laptop speakers I have. I unplugged it for a while, came back and it kept the time well. It can even be taken on a trip or camping with its rechargeable battery. I live in a rural area so FM stations are weak here. I managed to pick some up with the auxiliary cable connected. I was disappointed when I touched the light on. The light makes static louder as the light gets brighter. It may not be noticed in more urban areas but worth noting and worth taking a star off. I do like it otherwise. I didn't need a big stereo speaker system on my nightstand. I am finding I use all of the features of this cool looking gadget.

Excellent3/10/2019 5:50:33 AM

Pros: M.2 NVMe slot. Two smart fan headers. 4 slots for RAM, modern B450 chipset, smart fan

Cons: No USB C

Overall Review: I read some reviews that weren't so great. I built a Ryzen 2700 machine in a Raijintek Styx case w/ an RX 560. I like the new BIOS. The Smart fan is useful for my closed loop liquid cooled system. One fan header for the radiator fans, one for the pump on the CPU. You can tell the BIOS which temperature sensor to use for each fan...very slick. I use a fan controller for other case fans. The Gigabyte/Realtek sound interface is really nice. The motherboard is durable and survived me. I may miss the USB C port someday. That's what the other PCI slot is for if I really need it down the road. I couldn't be happier.

Eh. It's ok for the price3/10/2019 5:23:10 AM

Pros: Bluetooth, FM radio, decent sound for size

Cons: No 1/8" Aux jack. Heavy. Battery charge light never goes off. Blinks bright blue all the time.

Overall Review: I just needed a cheap Bluetooth/Aux speaker. I got this one on sale. The battery life didn't impress me. It is probably made of Zinc Alloy, it is very heavy for the size. I was surprised to find it has FM radio on it, not great but useful sometimes. It comes with one cable you have to use for the auxiliary. There is no way to play through a common 1/8" cable, it uses their USB adaptor cable, that sucks. Battery charging light never goes off, indicating to me that it does not have a smart charger...don't leave it plugged in. I'm not too disappointed. If you are looking for something nice, I would suggest keep looking. If like me, just need something cheap to not have to worry about, it may suffice.

Perfect Again3/10/2019 5:10:10 AM

Pros: Quiet, lots of airflow, Noctua

Cons: No silicone fan holders with this one. The rubberized corner covers suffice for vibration reduction though.

Overall Review: I got a Micro ATX tower. I could pick one fan, anyone I wanted. This one worked out perfectly. I have bought many Noctua fans over the years. I've never been disappointed. I didn't need PWM this time, I run this on a fan controller.

Excellent NVMe3/10/2019 4:57:37 AM

Pros: Super fast read & write, easy, no Samsung drivers, long expected lifespan

Cons: I can't think of any.

Overall Review: I just have to concur with the past reviews I read. Very easy new install of Windows 10 on a Ryzen 2700/B450 build. I took the sticker off of mine and put a gold EK-M.2 heatsink on it. I got it from Newegg too. Looks really nice and keeps it cool through those otherwise abusive large data transfers that potentially could get throttled down. It's worth it.

Powerful Nozzle2/22/2019 1:03:00 AM

Pros: Plastic nozzle accommodates the straw nicely. Heavy with lots of compressed gas.

Cons: None

Overall Review: Good price, best duster yet. Many have a lame nozzle and/or the straw doesn't really stay in. I tend to use short bursts now and then. One can tends to last a long time for me. I will have an extra for next year. I would recommend this Maxell 2-pack.

Built to last a lifetime2/20/2019 12:35:19 AM

Pros: Flexible Tupperware-like drawers that will never crack. The cabinet is more rigid and thick. Removable dividers in every drawer, even the smaller ones. Even a cool little "QUANTUM Storage Systems" logo in the corner.

Cons: Can't think of any. It's perfect.

Overall Review: This beats the pants off of my old storage cabinet. The plastic on my old one is thin and brittle. it's cracked in places, It looks pathetic. This one should last a lifetime. I may just have to get another one.

Pinkish when warm1/8/2019 5:16:45 PM

Pros: Really nice lava lamp

Cons: not purple wax when warm

Overall Review: I gave this as a present to my sister. Luckily she loves the pinkish hue when it's warm. I got pictures of it with the light on cold, looks just the picture. A picture of it warmed up is brilliant pink. I guess the colors change with temperature. If I got it for myself (a guy) to replace my 40 year old blue one, I would have been disappointed.
