Great features but poor manufacturing

Pros: Supports USB3, SATA3, has external SATA3 connection, and truly useful on-board video. Manual is clear and helpful.
Cons: Two consecutive boards were faulty - first would not post at all, second had three bad memory slots out of four. Email tech support is unhelpful and phone-in tech support will be you waiting on hold for a while, on your own dime (no 800 number for MB tech support).
Overall Review: I have used many ASUS motherboards with never a problem. I am concerned that ASUS has abandoned their old quality standards in favor of cheap prices.
Great design but failed in 5 months

Pros: Great design, lots of cables with excellent length and managability. Attractive and has lots of touches that make it a pleasure to work with. Very cool (in fact, lowers case temp). Would be 5 stars if my unit had kept working.
Cons: After 5 months, the +12V circuit is flucting from 5V to 13V and randomly shuts down system. Customer service is non-existant in US, and RMA request must be faxed. No email support whatever.
Overall Review: I'd still buy this again given the choice, but a larger Blue Storm is probably a better long-term investment. In a perfect world this would have modular cabling.
Old BIOS
Pros: Fast, capable
Cons: Does not install in WInXP because of old card BIOS; poor manufacturer support. My card came with a 2003 BIOS, and the manufacturer's software cannot update or support it. As a result of cardBIOS/driver mismatch, the card must reinstall every time WinXP boots. Still waiting after two weeks for a response to tech support request email.
Overall Review: Great if the stars line up for you, but probably not worth the risk of total frustration. Manufacturer website a nightmare for technical support that is the slightest bit out of the ordinary.
Product exactly as described.
Fast service and well-packed
