Most Critical Review

Endless trouble and frustration -- total garbage

ABS Master Gaming PC - Intel i5 10400F - GeForce RTX 3060 Ti - 16GB DDR4 3000MHz - 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD
ABS Master Gaming PC - Intel i5 10400F - GeForce RTX 3060 Ti - 16GB DDR4 3000MHz - 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD

Cons: The system arrived in December 2021 with the usual comically outdated drivers--this is expected and not too difficult to fix. But the showstopper is endless hardware crashes and a BIOS version (June 2021rev. F4) that cannot be upgraded using any of the options GIGABYTE offers ("Q flash," "Q flash plus," "@BIOS," or with the EFI utility). The GIGABYTE website doesn't even list the the system board (B560 DS3H AC-Y1, as reported with msinfo32) as an option for support. That is, GIGABYTE doesn't list any system boards that start with "B560," only ones that start with "B560M," and BIOS files for the "M" boards do not work with my computer. I assume that ABS is unloading garbage hardware components on unsuspecting people. I guess I should be thankful that the memory, graphics card, SSD, and power supply that ABS used in this build haven't failed yet--it's likely that if ABS palmed off a lousy motherboard on me, the other components they sold me are also trash. The machine crashes all the time, usually throwing errors about hardware--suggesting to me that the system might be more stable a firmware update. But that appears to be impossible.

Overall Review: I would not recommend an ABS-built computer to anyone, and I would never purchase this machine again.
