Pros: I took a leap on this seller from all the mixed reviews. I am happy to type that I got a brand new 3080. Plastic wrapped and unused. Took 2 weeks due to export holding but had 0 issues otherwise.
Cons: None. Works beautifully
Overall Review: Yes I'd recommend this seller and product.
