So far so good

Pros: 55nm At the time of purchase it was the cheapest of the factory oc'd cards. Hopefully I can push it a bit further still :) Came with Far Cry 2.. if you factor that in, it brings the price of this card down into 9800.. err.. GTX 250 range :)
Cons: Red PCB? Seriously.. isn't that like a fellony for an Nvidia card? Shorter warranty than most...
Overall Review: We'll see how long it lasts as I haven't bought an MSI product in many years. I'll need an excuse to upgrade anyway. As I mentioned before.. it has a 3 year "limited" warranty. I didn't read it yet, but I'm sure oc'ing it will void it.
*sniffle*

Pros: Pretty.. Inexpensive..
Cons: One of the 3 sticks was DOA. Have emailed their support on the saturday before Easter.. So I doubt I'll get an answer before atleast monday.
Overall Review: They have a good reputation with not only the product, but the support behind it. I just have bad luck and caught the one that made it through QC. 2 of the 3 sticks work at rated speeds so I'm not computerless :)
This was not why I switched from seagate.

Pros: Worked great.. for 3 weeks.
Cons: Installed 2/22 .. Died 3/14.
Overall Review: I've always been a seagate man but switched following the firmware troubles.. (I had 4 of the affected drives..) *sigh* Guess I'll have to try a spinpoint or a deathstar.
Free!

Pros: Came with an Nvidia GTX260 from MSI. Saved me $50 now (or the $30 I was waiting for the price to drop to)
Cons: .. No pretty retail packaging..
Nice.. but..

Pros: MASSIVE for a mid tower (but thats what I was aiming for). Great airflow. LED's aren't too bright. Tooless except for the mobo.
Cons: I live 3 miles south of hell, so it takes a while for things to get shipped to here. That also means if the packaging isn't up to snuff.. it's going to get broken. My case had a large crease in the mesh side when it got here. I had to put it on a flat surface and tap with a hammer to straiten it. It's still not perfect, but it's not very noticable. Lose one egg for packaging. Although I'm not sure cooler master ever intended the cases box to be used as a shipping box.. This could be newegg trying to save a buck.. Either way.. I'm not taking the time to send it back over something so small.
Overall Review: Others have complained about the screwless pci slots not doing their job. Compaired to the last generation of coolermaster cases.. it's a great improvement. My GTX260 is plenty secure since I'm not going to a LAN party or anything. Also.. make sure your power supply has long enough cables. My 8 pin cable for the mobo isn't long enough to go on the back side with the rest of the wires. I have to order an extension cable to pretty it up :)
Finally took the plunge

Pros: Beautifull picture , large screen, inexpensive, and no dead pixles(+++++).
Cons: Took a while to tweak display to my liking. Small backlight bleed on the bottom. Having to upgrade my video card as well to play newer games at the recomended resoloution. Ah well.. the 9800GTX can be used as a PhysX processor now :)
Overall Review: I've been hanging on to my 19" Viewsonic CRT for dear life because of a bad experience with the first lcd screen in my house. (also the reason my hdtv is a plasma..) Finally decided to buy something bigger and this was my choice.. Now I hate that I waited so long.
