Pros: The customer support shown by Newegg and Rosewill
Cons: The first hub did go bad, but the issue was addressed quickly.
Overall Review: UPDATE to my review above: after I posted my original review, both Newegg and Rosewill offered to send me a replacement hub. Newegg did so, and the replacement works fine. After factoring in the excellent customer and product support displayed by Rosewill and Newegg, I am changing my product rating to excellent. Thanks to both companies.
Pros: Works well at first.
Cons: Doesn't work for long.
Overall Review: Four of the seven ports no longer work. This is at less than 3 months after purchase. I also have two Rosewill enclosures that haven't (so far) given me any trouble so far, but now I'm wondering...
I'll stick with more reliable brands (e.g., Belkin) from now on.
