Pros: Used on docking station's DisplayPort out. Successfully pushes audio, but that requires simple audio redirection under Windows Control Panel >> Audio settings. Worked great with my HDMI recorder. Price was perfect. This was a great purchase! I hope to see more deals like this one.
Pros: Review as of 10/27/2014, Owned for 1 month:
Excellent quality! Works perfectly on both Windows 7 & 8 and Debian Linux (latest stable). Tested using Audacity (recording software) and Skype on both systems. While on Skype, my spouse in another country said it sounded so clear that it was as if I were actually next to her.
Suggestion for Debian Linux users: Search the Skype site for "Debian" and follow the installation instructions. On "amd64" port, you need to use "dpkg --add-architecture i386 && apt-get update" prior to installation.
Pros: It's a sling shot!
Cons: Make sure all parts are fastened before using it. The arm holder piece fell off the first time I attempted to use it. Placed it back on.
Pros: It works!
Cons: None at the moment.
Overall Review: Currently being used in my Raspberry Pi. No problems flashing the card with the OS. Lots of space. Great product!
Pros: The sound quality was outstanding and the device did not cost much.
Cons: Does not have an internal clock, which is understandable. All recordings have time stamp of 1/1/1970. You need to organize the recordings yourself.
Overall Review: Output format: WAV
Tested on Linux and Windows. Great product!
