Great Soundblaster product
Pros: Easy to install, Window 10 Pro, downloaded most current driver and basically was ready to go, however if you wanted all the cool stuff too, you had to download the other software to take advantage of its other capabilities. Once I got everything installed and working together, there is a definite sound quality and sound boost over the built in sound on my motherboard. I truly felt like games and music were new, like it was the first time hearing it. I hear a lot more sounds in games I never heard before & music is completely different, more vibrant and life like.
Overall Review: You cant count tweaking the software and getting it all dialed in as a con. I know you will have to make adjustments & some of the capabilities aren't for everyone. I didn't use a lot of the items they said would make everything sound better. I went in and setup the equalizer the way I like, and everything just seemed to come alive. There's a lot more volume & the sound control is awesome, I have played it very loud and there was no distortion or any crackling sounds. It comes with an LED strip and needed cables to attach it to the card, however you will need to plug in the 4 pin molex (old school connector) to the card if you want to run said LED strip. I don't want the strip connected, so a non-issue for me, however may be a drag for others. You can also customize the colors on the card itself with the SoundBlaster software. It wasn't hard to get the needed software, just a bit of pain to go thru the website to download the software, which once you find it and download it; its all good from there. Just be patient when setting it up, took a little bit to get it dialed in & then it was simply awesome. not as advertised
Pros: easy to setup, as normal ASUS products are top notch.
Cons: this is why only 2 eggs...Newegg website makes it look as if it is x16 if you only run one PCIe card, and even on ASUS website makes it sound like that. However that is not the case, when i got the mainboard & looked at the manual, there was an updated page in the front. it stated that BOTH PCIe slots are x8, no matter if you run ONE card or 2. This is very disappointing to what is a very solid board & has lots of features most overclockers want.
Overall Review: mainboard should have been at least x16 for one card. And no, it is x8, i looked through nVidia's own tools that are loaded when you install the video driver and it shows it as x8.
Pros: very fast and easy, nice price to extend my game time Received the digital game time cards quickly and saved money, nice to have an option where you don't have to give companies your credit card info, due to rampant credit theft.
Overall Review: I would definitely purchase again, and especially if on sale again. I read of people having issues, however I have purchased many items from Newegg as "E" items and so far have always received what I purchased & quickly, like within 5mins or less.
Another Great processor from AMD
Pros: Has worked flawlessly from day one. Hasn't been any issues, didn't even need to up date mainboard. This is used in a computer that mainly is used for gaming & some school work. Performance is great, system boots up in about 9 sec or less. The Wraith cooler is very nice, clears ram sockets & processor stays around 58 F & under load around 85F, usually less, depends on what game is being played & how many side windows are open (usually a lot of background processes going on while playing graphic intensive games).
Cons: none that I know of, has been flawless since start up

Great Gigabyte product
Pros: Great price (for what you get) Fast response times, 144hz = smoothness Built very good, looks & feels like great build quality, & I feel there's great attention to detail. I happen to like how the monitor is designed front & back. It comes with a remote control, this is a super awesome deal, because now all I have to do is hit the power button on the remote & it's off or on. I also liked the thought process they took on how they laid out the rear connections. The power cord plugs in on the left side of monitor when you are facing the front & all computer/display connections are on right side while facing the monitor. Power cord long enough to plug into my battery backup without major re-routing or using extension cords. Worked flawlessly right out of the box, included Display Port 1.4 cable (which seemed of very good build quality), HDMI 2.1 cable (which seemed of very good build quality), 3 different power cord options for other countries. Update I have purchased a EVGA 3080ti Hybrid XC3 Ultra gaming card, & this thing is a beast and now running 120hz at 4K & all settings max'd (supposedly 120hz is true 4K) with the included HDMI cable, have had no issues with using this monitor at this higher setting, will come back to edit review if something negative happens.
Cons: So far no con's I could think of; of course you will read/hear about people complaining about the cost, however I feel its a very good deal, also a very good deal because of what you get & while there's always a chance for lemons due to mass production, mine has been great.
Overall Review: I actual got the cart before the horse on this purchase. I have found out that to run at 4K @ 144hz (or even 120hz) with all the settings set to maximum, I will need a 3090, however since that will not be happening anytime soon due to the current situation with graphics cards, my two 1080ti's will have to do, & they will run 4K max'd out settings at 60hz & its simply beautiful & since I mostly play MMO's (Final Fantasy XIV), it runs smoothly with all settings max'd out and at 60hz. I haven't had any bad pixels (if there are some I guess I can't see them), no weird burning on the screen edges or getting hot, as I have read from others reviews. Again, this is a mass produced item, there will be bad ones, I just hope that Gigabyte remains a good company and replaces the bad ones that got thru the screening process at the factory. I would suggest this monitor to anyone, if anything happens, I will come back and update my review. As a side note, you will most likely need to turn down the brightness, this thing is really bright, that being said, it has beautiful colors and runs great. Also another note, it isn't G-Sync compatible, my Nvidia control panel says as much & I seen an increase to smoothness without trying to force G-Sync on the monitor. UPDATE: I have tried using G-sync again, and with the new EVGA 3080ti I have now it actually does smooth out the graphics & they aren't as jerky, maybe with the 1080ti's I was using they weren't able to push the envelope as much as the 3080ti? However I will say it will definitely help having G-sync on with the newer cards. A great AIO CPU water cooling setup from Corsair
Pros: Looks awesome Customizable LEDs, fan profile & water pump profile Easy setup Plenty of options for other CPUs (even has 2 different brackets for AMD Threadrippers) Great cooling capability
Cons: My only issue is with how they promote the product, it makes you think that it comes with LED capable fans, which it doesn’t. You can always add LED capable fans, which I did, bought Corsair’s LL series fan kit which has all necessary pieces to have LED fans.
Overall Review: I added Corsair’s LL series LED fans, & used the magnetic lev fans on the back side of the radiator in a push/pull setup. I overclocked an intel i7 6950X, from 3ghz to 4ghz & the temps it’s reporting is from 30 degrees C to 38 degrees C while under load, to me this is awesome, there’s plenty of room so I shouldn’t hurt the equipment with heat. Again I would highly recommend My build: Thermaltake RGB 71 view ROG Rampage Extreme V x99 Intel i7 6950X overclocked to 4ghz GSkill Trident Z 3000mhz 64 gigs ram 14-14-14-34 1T F4-3000C14Q-64GTZ, running in Quad channel mode Corsair H150i PRO XT Dual MSI 980 TI’s Cooler master 1000 watt PSU WD 750 PCIe NVMe 1TB
Poor service, great product so far
Because of this seller, I won’t purchase from Newegg unless the item says sold & shipped by Newegg. The seller used the slowest way to send the package, I order a motherboard on the same order & only difference was it was handled thru Newegg & I received it ahead of time. Both packages were done with free shipping, however Newegg chose to ship it to me the normal way thru regular UPS. Also said item wasn’t a retail item, it appeared to be an OEM item, this is not what I wanted, & no where in their listing on Newegg did it say it was an OEM part, I am hoping that it is brand new as you can’t tell if it is or not. My advice is to stay far away from this seller.
