Pros: - Second time buying after selling old one with the rest of my old rig. I recommend it to everyone looking for a solid PSU, tons of cables, and Full Mod customization.
Cons: - None.
Pros: - Great for running all games. Runs FL Studio like a champ.
- Compatibility with GIGABYTE AORUS GA-AX370-Gaming K7 AM4 AMD X370 Motherboard
- Runs cool and the fan is very quiet, impressive stock fan they have here (as usual)
- Install is cake
Cons: - I would like the thermal compound to be separate. Though, I understand why its pre-coated, I just don't like having to clean it off in order to put my silver paste on it.
Pros: -Incredibly fast for all programs to boot and to run.
Overall Review: -Amazing to use with GIGABYTE AORUS GA-AX370-Gaming K7 AM4 AMD X370 Motherboard. Pairing it with their software's "Ultra Fast Boot", it takes roughly 3 seconds to boot and load all processes.
Pros: -The way the case is held together by magnets is fantastic, doesn't seem like the integrity of them is going to falter anytime soon.
-Everything is thumb screws, and the side access panels' thumbscrews do not fully come out, which is great if you have a tendency to normally drop the screw behind your desk or other inconvenient place.
-It's nice to pop up the front and the top for extra cooling, the feeling is comparable to rolling down the car windows to get some fresh air. Though if you have all five fans installed it's hardly necessary.
-Cable management is easy and the backside has a great strap track to route your cables along.
-The 2 slot and 3 sot HDD cages it comes with are easy to move, sturdy, and versatile. It feels great to be able to remove them entirely, along with the dual Disk Drive Cage.
-Fan installation is also versatile, in the sense that you can slide the fans back and forth to avoid other hardware before tightening down the screws.
-SSD holders are nice looking, and simple to use or removed if you don't use them.
-The divider between the PSU and MOBO is solid and keeps the case looking clean in combination with the tinted bottom section of the window.
-A LED light strip is included and works great. Chances are if you have a small room, you can use it to light the entire place up. Alternatively, if you like to sleep with the lights off, it's a simple matter of not plugging it in (sadly, you can not turn it off and on via software, as it is connected directly to the PSU)
Cons: -The dust covers are not magnetized, which was a shame but just as easy to snap out and clean.
-The side access panel thumbscrews do not thread back in properly, it's very unsatisfying to feel like the hole isn't lined up when it actually is and you cant take the screw all the way out to verify you aren't just going mad.
-Biggest Con (and really the only real con) - More HDD cages and Disk Drive cages. It would be great to have extra cages to swap around to conform to how many drives you have. The cost of another triple HDD cage on Cooler Master's website is outrageous with tax and shipping applied. It would also be nice to have the option of 1, 2, and 3 slot Disk Drive Cages.
Overall Review: GIGABYTE AORUS GA-AX370-Gaming K7 AM4 AMD X370 Motherboard
AMD RYZEN 5 1600 6-Core 3.2 GHz (3.6 GHz Turbo) Socket AM4 65W
Sapphire Radeon PULSE RX 580 8GB GDDR5 PCI-E
WD Black 512GB Performance SSD - 8 Gb/s M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive
EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2 220-G2-0850-XR 80+ GOLD 850W Fully Modular
Pros: Looks good.
Cons: GIGABYTE AORUS GA-AX370-Gaming K7 (rev. 1.0) AM4 AMD X370 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard does not support above 2133 as XMP does not work (obviously) and manual adjust will throw it into a post loop no matter the tweak.
Overall Review: Works great, just waiting for motherboards to get on the same page.
Pros: Works great, Gigbyte's software is fantastic to work with. Lights are a bonus. SATA ports for days. Fan ports for days.
Cons: G.SKILL TridentZ Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) does NOT work 100% with this board. XMP doesn't work (obviously) and manually adjusting to 3200 caused an infinite post loop no matter what I did, do not expect to be able to use over 2133 with this board if you are using that particular RAM.
One each light cannot be controlled, it's always on and it's always orange. It's also LED so makes it blinding and clashing.
Overall Review: RAM compatibility story isn't anything you haven't heard about, no matter what RAM you use it's a hit or miss. Until the boards catch up in the next few months, 2133 RAM will have to be tolerated.
Pros: -Quality performance - Keeps a constant 1400mh (without boost) and couldn't find a single game that it couldn't get 60 frames, making it a great card for your everyday gamer.
-Overclocking made easy - Pushing this card is like pushing a little kid, it's fun and rewarding. Heat issues did occur without seeing a huge performance boost, though if you're wanting just a few more frames you won't have issues.
-Fans are great - I've had no issue keeping this card under 65°C. I really like the fan hardware, it's pretty quiet until you get them going 2000rpm, but what do you expect?
-Gorgeous - They put time into designing the airflow of this card and it looks sleek with the backplate, took some time for me to finally decide to install it because I was too busy looking at it.
-Small card - Personally, I love the size of the card, it fits in my Cooler Master Pro 6 Mid Tower with about 5 inches of space between the HDD cage. If your case fits an ATX board, it will fit this card no problem.
Cons: -None - Solid card, no cons. If you're the kind of person that wants hella performance, clearly this card is too affordable for all that, move along.
Pros: Crisp, clean sound. My friends noticed the difference immediately and it was a huge relief not having to yell into my mic. I can be nearly a meter away, my voice low, and they can still hear me.
Cons: Have to wear headphones constantly, it picks up my speakers even when I have the volume low and the mic several feet away.
Overall Review: I wish this quality of a mic was small enough to clip onto your shirt, but go big or go home. It's worth it.
Pros: Decently fast, easy setup, quiet, and reliable. I have owned and used this as my main disc drive for over five years, I highly recommend it for everyone.
Cons: Not the fastest burner out there, but it isn't horrifyingly slow.
Pros: Amazing card. Amazing company. Amazing support. End of story.
Cons: Had this card for 6 months, no problems. One day it stopped being recognized, tech support was awesome but in the end had to RMA. The one they shipped to me was DOA. They then did a free advanced RMA, this card worked but the one HDMI port was dead, the rest of them worked. Had to RMA again. The next one worked fine. I hope it doesn't fail again. I hope it was a fluke and no one else will have had this problem. The EVGA support is amazing but not having a working computer for as long as I did is a major inconvenience.
Pros: Very pretty, very colorful. Everything works perfectly. Very sturdy compared to my last ASUS. Everything I expected.
Cons: The only problem I see but I could care less is the stand isn't as versatile as some other monitors, as said in the details. Does support wall mounts though so that makes up for it.
Pros: fast, works fine, quiet, reliable.
Cons: separate partitions 1.99tb and 746gb. impossible to extend together. tried everything i could think of: reformat with different allocations, reinstall, delete, and internet help (said it was windows 7 problem) tho I didn't have this problem with the WD Green 3tb Drive my friends Seagate 3tb drive. it's a pain if you're planning to use for a single use storage (like 3tb worth of movies and have to have on 2 separate partitions)
Overall Review: would be perfect if i could get the partitions to extend into eachother
