Overall Review: Im not a tech-savvy gamerjust being honest. Im older, not up to date with the latest hardware, and generally clueless when it comes to computers. But Im smart enough to ask for advice, and in this case, I turned to my brother, whos been a PC/gaming expert since the early 90s. He reviewed the specs on this build and gave it a solid thumbs up, so based on his recommendation, I took the leap and spent $1,000a significant investment for me. The PC arrived in just two daysordered Sunday night, delivered Tuesday evening. It was incredibly well-packed, with ample foam protection to prevent any shipping damage. That alone impressed me, but what truly set this experience apart was the customer service. I emailed STORMCRAFT with some setup concerns and received a callback within 20 minutes. Micheal from their team stayed on the phone with me for over an hour and a half, patiently walking me through every step of the setup process. He answered all my questions (no matter how small), and reassured me that everything had been taken care ofthermal paste applied, BIOS and drivers updated, thermals checked, fans verified. This kind of support is almost unheard of today. It showed me that STORMCRAFT genuinely cares about its customers, its products, and getting things right the first time. They clearly dont cut corners and are focused on long-term customer satisfaction, not just making a quick sale. I cant think of a single thing that couldve been done better. This was a flawless experience from start to finish, and Im sincerely grateful. When its time to upgrade again, I wont look anywhere elseSTORMCRAFT has earned my trust and loyalty. Highly recommended.
