First Class All The Way

Pros: Everything worked perfectly out of the box and my system booted XP straight away using the original BIOS. Newer BIOS is available, but I see no reason to upgrade. Lots of room on this board made installation a breeze, and I could easily add another full size graphics card for SLI. Documentation is excellent and so are the Foxconn utilities that are included. OCing was easy with the Foxconn software. I have built many systems with the usual name brand MBs and this is the first time I've tried Foxconn. They have won me over. I was going to say "great board for the price," but nevermind the price -- it's a great board, period. As always, Newegg shipped it promptly.
Cons: Not really a con, but a warning: Use the Foxconn OC Windows utility, not the BIOS OC settings. If you overdo it in the BIOS, your system will not boot until you clear the CMOS settings with the jumper.
Overall Review: Used this MB to build a budget gaming rig including a Core 2 Duo E8500, Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro, Antec 900 case, OCZ platinum DDR2 1066 (4GB), EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ and OCZ GameXStream 700W PS. I was nervous about using the Foxconn MB, but those worries were unfounded. This build went more quickly and smoothly than I expected.
Big Chill with easy install

Pros: Who says you need a 120 mm fan to cool your CPU? This baby does a great job in a small footprint. Comes prepped with just the right amount of thermal grease, and the push-pin style installation takes all of about 10 seconds. Very quiet, especially considering the amount of air it moves.
Cons: Can't think of any.
Overall Review: If you have an Antec 900 case, you will love the way the fan on this cooler lines up with the rear fan of your case -- direct heat removal from the CPU straight to the outside world.
Great case for a budget gaming rig

Pros: Plenty of room for everything, even dual SLI. The four included fans give plenty of cooling for OC, as long as you have a decent CPU cooler. The big 200 mm top fan is quiet even on high speed setting, the 120 mms are better set on medium or slow speed if you want to stay quiet. No sharp edges. Blue LED fans are a nice touch -- a cool look that's not overdone. I love the top tray -- perfect for storing your MP3 player -- and I love having the front panel I/Os up on top. Internal fan mount on one of the drive bays is nice if you need it, but I had to remove mine to fit my 9800 GTX+.
Cons: Tri-speed fan switches are inside the case, so you want to figure out your preferred speeds and then just set them and forget them. I/O card rear brackets require a screwdriver, which seems kind of old-fashioned. Some of the brass MB stand-offs wouldn't hold a screw, but I get that with a lot of cases & MBs. I always keep a spare bag of hardware for this reason.
Overall Review: After OCing and monitoring temperatures for awhile, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the 4 included fans were all I needed. Another nice surprise was the way the fan on my Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro lines up almost perfectly with the rear case fan, making for a very nice direct heat transfer from the CPU to the outside world.
Outstanding performance at a low price

Pros: Runs cool, easy to OC with included EVGA utility, nice build quality and nice looking card. Getting in the 40s on Crysis at High settings, 16x AA. COD4 gets insane frame rates, at least in the 90s. Fits in Antec 900 case if you remove the interior fan mount on the middle drive bay.
Cons: People say this card is big, but all new graphics card are big, so it's just a fact of life.
Overall Review: Had to remove interior fan mount on the middle drive bay of my Antec 900 case to get this card into the first PCIE 2.0 x16 slot on my MB. Not really an issue, since that drive bay already has an exterior fan for HDD cooling. With only one HDD installed in that bay, the exterior fan provides nice airflow across my graphics card too.
