Pros: The Chair is good. The design is nice.
Cons: Ok.. here we go.
First of the mechanism to lean the chair forward and backward is controlled by a screw handle in the front. Not necessarily easy to get to. It's a "set it and forget it" type system.
Here's for the design flaw which is actually in the foot stool. The Hydraulic pump mechanism, you can tell, is designed for rolling casters which give it more clearance. The pump itself when inserted into the center actually goes lower then the actual feet of the chair about a half inch. IF these were rolling casters then the design would work, because the height of the wheels would clear it. I'm not sure how this was missed.
To add, The chair/ stool combo comes with 2 different pumps one short designed for the chair and 1 tall designed for the stool. The instructions that come in the box doesn't specify which exact one goes to which. a. the letter/number combo to identify the part is useless when the parts aren't marked. I contacted DX and we clarified which is which. The same goes with the 5 star base. You have to look at the picture online to figure it out. (by the way, yes, the flaw is accurate and I used the correct corresponding hydraulic pump. )
Lastly to top if off, I was missing a part. A small part that holds the head pillow to the chair. (I'm sure DX will send me a replacement. )
Overall Review: Pure laziness in packaging and instructions without properly identifying each part kills what could be a great chair. It seems to be pure assumption that changing the feet to identify the chair type (wheel casters to flat feet) would go without an issue, but not to actually test it is beyond me.
Pros: Been Running Smooth.. OCed to 5.2 ghz. Running Koolance 1X3 180mm Rad + 1X2 180mm Rad
Also chained in the Watercool 3xSLI GTX 580 vid cards.
Cons: Does Run hot, but it's a watercool processor.
Overall Review: Not sure why other users state their problems with the processor. Might be a bad processor. The watercool I'm pushing is less then some remarks, so I'm not sure where the issue may be.
Pros: inexpensive and does the job well
Pros: Able to overclock w/ ease. Can't wait till Windows 8 releases so I can crank it.
Cons: Heat, HOWEVER, I used a watercool block which takes it back down. You'll need a good fan otherwise.
Pros: I'll leave this to the highlights from the video.
1. seperate compartments for power supply and radiator
2. 1 inch of wire hiding space on the back panel
3. an opening behind the mobo while mounted (easy access to mobo while install Heat exchange block
4. Front control fans.
5.ETC ETC ETC
Cons: Big Heavy and expensive BUT worth it.
Pros: low pricing for high power. Disconnects make it easier.
Cons: I wish all lines were disconnects, however that's my fault for not reading full details. Not Egg deductible in my opinion.
Pros: fast fast fast, w/ water cooling easily OC to 4.4 and it runs stable.
Cons: I'm not sure why they even include fans and blocks anymore. Heat is expected. w/ the Asus Crosshair V, you have to update the bios.
Overall Review: Awsome, fast, and I love it. Reccomended for the experienced PC maker, not for the novice.
Pros: Won't bore you w/ the details of the board. The details highlight all the best. Easy default installation. Personally didn't have to adjust anything but Raid settings and "3rd party raid drivers" during windows instal
Cons: 1 major complaint to keep this from going to 5 stars. ONLY 2 USB Internal Connectors??? My case has 2 in the front, and I have 2 other componants from water cool meter that needs one.
Overall Review: I love the bios. a tremendous upgrade from the old BIOS ASUS use to use as standard. 2 modes make it that much easier.
Pros: Fast enough to want more :), I ordered a 3rd for trip SLI
Cons: Power Heat the usual.
Pros: Windows rating doesn't really matter, I started with one and eventually added Crossfire to a second one. Benchmark doubled my original card which was HD5830
Cons: Runs hot, but to be expected.. Also These cards require alot of wattage, so make sure you got what it takes to run the,
Overall Review: Advice, in the CCC software manually turn the fans up about 50%. will stay at a constant 60-70 C.
Pros: keyboard is something ive been looking for for sometime. the ball mouse is a good idea.
Cons: where do i start. at first glance the software come prebundled on purple walmart cdrs with home made labels.. ok whatever.. well it reflected on the product itself. 1. very light and a bit empty. feels cheaply made. 2.you can switch to joystick mode however my games which will take logitech and the 360 controler would not recognize it. (ok liveable ) 3. the software is utter crud. you cannot customize any of the buttons. 4. pricing. the cables i admit from the hdmi cable to the vga adaptors is truly what you pay for. 5. the motion sensing is a sales gimic which could have been left out for some more controller button. there are only 4 buttoms. 5 including the d pad button.
Overall Review: the thought behind the product is great this begins controllers of this type.. however very poor software makes this product more frusterating than its worth. the minikeyboard is completly overshadowed by horendous controls. if i can mix this keyboard w the other brand controller pads i would be in love. put simply this product is incomplete and released too early.
