Beautiful & Well Built Case1/30/2021 1:07:28 AM

Pros: Bought this case for my nephews first PC build. I had a great time assembling it and he learned all about 5S and honestly the case offered so many places to route cables it just looks clean. The lights are bright enough AND not annoying and after 1 year of service I am happy to report they all still work! The dust covers have truly done their job!!!!! 3-4 Dog house with PC on hardwood floor...came over to teach him how to clean his first PC and ....it didn't NEED IT!?!?

Cons: The carry handle is more just to position it, I wouldn't super trust it; its sturdy enough but it does flex ever-so-slightly. Other cases offer better choices for mobile PC gaming anyway, so not really a CON just an observation.

Overall Review: Great case, Sturdy, Fair Value, NOT A CHEAP CASE, Well planned out cable routes, Good Spacing, Final install left no visual cables from window view. Buy it...Love it. I plan to get another soon. **Update- I bought another and it also was perfect, lights are still working after a year in my nephews case and mine are flawless as well. I really enjoyed putting this together. cleaning is a little pain for the front case fans but I have never found a case that doesn't have this issue a little. I have and can live with it.

Best keyboard I have ever owned1/30/2021 1:02:49 AM

Pros: Pretty and functional Keys are a little spongy in my opinion never used the cherry reds before but the tactile feel is good! So its not a con just an observation I am used to mechanical keyboards feels solid with the aluminum frame and ...did I mention its pretty???

Cons: I wish the volume was a dial or perhaps had some better feed back like a mouse scroll wheel its hard to tell how much I am moving it....a small problem but it has an OSD that tells you volume level in most cases. It has occasionally lost connection and fails to light up or be detected by my PC (very rare in the last 6 months maybe 3 times) just unplug/replug the USB and its back so not a big deal just kind of strange. Software could be better overall and lost 1 egg for my frustrations but once you get it going its works, just a little cumbersome.

Overall Review: I think Corsair has a fine product here and I would certainly buy this again or even a more expensive model if this one keeps going for years...time will only tell but I am confident it can last many years.

REALLY BAD SOFTWARE...WELL KNOWN AS AN INDUSTY JOKE4/18/2020 1:44:50 AM

Pros: MEH... The Physical Card seems to perform just OK, not as good as I expected for the price I paid. Next time I will probably go budget as the cutting edge doesn't really offer any advantages or measurable gains for what it is these days.

Cons: The Joke continues for MSI software MSI tools (all 52 BILLION of them with cool names like DRAGON CENTRE AND CFORSPEEDTOOL, MSI AFTERBURNER!!!!!!! ) are all total trash... a laughing stock. A joke would be too kind In-fact the software is so bad I will not be buying another MSI product for a LONG LONG LONG TIME, maybe ever...

Overall Review: Industry Trend Incoming: Every other GPU manufacture can make 1 tool and 1 driver and they work just fine.... MSI make decent hardware but they easily make the worst product because the software is so bad... THE WRITING IS ON THE WALL THOUGH Now you can just buy Hardware from NVIDIA directly and not deal with bad hardware or bad software so companies like MSI will go out of business in the next 10-20 years. If only they tried just a little....starting with the drivers. Well too bad.

Alienware 34 is where its at!12/14/2019 9:44:43 AM

Pros: I have zero pixel issues, screen is bright, clean and clear image. (I haven't pushed it to 120hrz yet but its already a MASSIVE improvement over my old 19inch Dell 60Hrz.) If like me you have an old 19 Dell monitor that's from 2008. This Upgrade will annihilate your understanding...you have missed SOO MUCH!!! BUY THIS or WAIT for the 200HRZ if you got money for the cards to push it... I think this is the sweet spot for now. Price/Performance/Visual Improvement over older displays.

Cons: I am a little worried about longevity but that's why I went Dell. They (Alienware Division) have very good QA standards. I just have never owned a IPS panel before...but if its as good as my Old dell its replacing 13years of heavy daily use...only 4 dead pixels that you must hunt to find...Its still working great as my second monitor...!!! Then this thing should hold up just fine for years no problems. 144Hrz would be great but really at this point who has the hardware to push that resolution at decent FPS? Only a few... I would prefer butter smooth FPS range and even at 60Hrz the pixel count makes this thing look amazing. Once my new GPU gets in I will update this with 120Hrz review. Currently running on a AMD HD6850 (Yes it has a DP port!) and even with this outdated/under-powered GPU the AW3418DW is such an improvement!!!

Overall Review: The lighting control software has to be ON to get the color change features... kind of a pain it seems to not save my pref. so I have to always go in and turn it ON then update the visuals every time I want to see the colors change in a pattern. This part should be better but its not worth a -1 egg its just inconvenient. For games it's a visual EXPERIENCE...its wow factor! EXAMPLE: I was playing Sins of a Solar Empire and noticed Because of the screen curve I can now see using depth-perception. Everything pop's out and it gives a superior visual representation of field of view...Its VERY HARD TO EXPLAIN but when you notice like I did... My jaw dropped and I said "I have never been able to notice that detail in this game before....150Hrs. played"

You will not be able to use this item (Useless)12/5/2019 7:23:41 PM

Pros: NONE

Cons: You don't have to worry about redeeming it..... Can't Vote 0 eggs

Overall Review: Because you must INSTALL the new card and both create/log-in to Geforces specific download client; combined with the end date of the promotion ENDING before the parts can be delivered due to Black Friday rushes this game code WILL be expired before it can even be redeemed.... WOW, now that is a level of incompetence that is hard to grasp..... NICE DEAL BRO!!!!!! (It's a good thing actually ...I wouldn't play this game anyway not if it was free and not even if they payed me to play it....) But still to bundle a game that can't be redeemed.... seems awfully close to false advertising to me and they have GOOD laws about regulating this type of thing...

very average1/17/2013 11:30:15 AM

Pros: It powered up and is a very middle of the road PC, no thrills here but it did work mostly as it was suppose to...(see cons) nice sturdy case fairly light weight PCIX16 slot and i liked the keyboard but the mouse feels a little cheap; its a proper optical mouse so it works good.

Cons: Suffered from the dreaded (Windows 7 Network hang) the very second I pulled it out of the box...its not particularly the Hardware's fault but it will be an issue if you need to connect to the internet...thanks Microsoft!

Overall Review: subtract the singular con and its a fine PC that should send 0's and 1's back and forth for a good while.

avoid at all costs1/17/2013 9:54:20 AM

Pros: none at all.

Cons: hardest to configure of any NAS I have seen or used, usually fails to detect the drive until I restart it physically. I have a hard time trusting this NAS to do anything but fail completely at imitating a working NAS solution. This product made me question if sea-gate actually cares about data and customers or if its just in to make a quick buck... I could make a better NAS with spare HDD's or PC laying around the office... I know they can actually be used for something....

Overall Review: bad seagate very bad seagate... in a business when your products have to speak for themselves you just sold me the worst NAS I have ever used...it's bad and YOU should feel ashamed to release a product of this pathetic quality. Back to building my own stuff for awhile.

Pros: Were nice at first

Cons: DO NOT BUY! See below> 1 out of 3 will go bad!!! Seems like a QA issue for these screens

Overall Review: I didn't buy from newegg but i feel like i should comment on this product> my company recently purchased (33) LP2065 monitors dirrectly from HP. After only one month (9) have developed white spots, thats a failure rate of nearly 1/3!!! Also the matte finish DOES make the screen blury. I hope I saved you from a bad purchase. Newegg is #1 in my book

Pros: I have a 9600GSO, 8800GTS 640 Akimbo, and a 9800GTX + card as well as this one the 4850. I read many reviews about how the 4850 was faster and more powerful than the 9800GTX + cards. I wanted to do some tests so i picked this up. But via all my testing it became clear that. this seemed to be all hype from ATI fanboys. This card is OK but for the price i was expecting more. *Less heat than 9800GTX+ *Smaller then a 9800GTX+ *less power requirements

Cons: My 9800GTX+ stock was faster then this thing overclocked by around 10-20FPS on average. Example my 9800GTX+ would play fallout3 on max @ 60.1FPS to 60.0FPS. Very stable it never dropped below 60.0FPS no matter what i did. The 4850 OC'ed could hit 40-58FPS but was consistently dropping below 19FPS during jumping/rapid movement or large battles. This is still a good card but for ppl saying its better then a 9800GTX+ i just want to say no its not. I got the 9800GTX+ open box for $20 less. :( Not a hater just stating my personal observations P.S newest drivers were applied and i bought this card open box which came in mint condition with drivers and a s-video converter.

Overall Review: *During my tests i only swapped the video cards* Specs: Intel C2D E8400 OC'ed to 3.6GHZ have reached 4GHZ on air stable but i dropped a little speed for longevity. MOBO: Foxconn Black-Ops X48 LGA 775 GPU: EVGA 9800GTX+ "Stock" and Sapphire 4850 OC'ed RAM: OCZ 4GB Special-Ops Urban Elite DDR3 @ 1600MHz PSU: OCZ GameXStream 700W HDD: WD Caviar SE16 250Gb Case: Antec 900 HeatSink: Zero Therm Narvana CD/DVD: LG SATA 22X multi-drive 9800GTX+ (vista ultimate 64bit)3dmark03 (50,319) 3DMark06(15,520)

Pros: Wow this thing can really make rice in a hustle!

Cons: I have trouble trusting the auto warm feature: I'm sure it works just fine but I'm paranoid.

Overall Review: beware shipping charges may make other models with free shipping cheaper!

Pros: This is the most powerful card I have ever used: beats my 8800GTS 640mb AKIMBO and 9600GSO without a fight. CAN it ever overclock! i have it OC'ed (CoreClock: 776/shader 1925/ mem 1305) with the right steps to insure cooling its easy and stable! I an scoring within tiptoe range of stock GTX260's and thats plenty of power! played Fallout 3 at MAX with 60FPS during heavy fighting!

Cons: Make sure you get the dual PCIE connectors or verify that your PCIE rail has enough AMPS to power this card check teh EVGA forms> can run Very hot and without proper fan control it will overheat>

Overall Review: Specs: Intel C2D E8400 OC'ed to 3.6GHZ have reached 4GHZ on air. Pros: I got it to 1600 @ 1.86V no issues! make sure you have a stable MOBO! It's actually 1.9V certified and with the right power and MOBO it can do this without incident! It doesn't run hot. OCZ is doing great! Works well with my X48 Black-Ops MOBO!

Cons: The PCB is green but its covered by sweet camo!!

Pros: Its a fantastic over clocker! look at "Other" this CPU runs so cool I wonder why i bought a new heat sink for it! FAST!! faster than my old E6600 the 6MB cache is noticeable. Gamers dream! why go for a quad when an OC'ed E8400 is faster in games>??

Cons: How can there be? 45nm is COOLZ

Pros: Its black and rether low profile the housing is good quality too!

Cons: the speed dial for faster speeds is reversed!!!! it goes the opposite direction as stated on the device! has a half circle arrow with a line that points to "UP" but to get it to point on UP you must turn the dial counter-clockwise>>LOL this is the opposite direction of the arrow!

Overall Review: despite the error it functions well so i'm not mad just a little confused as to how this passed inspection.

Pros: Its a re-branded coolmaster its whisper quiet!

Cons: I expected it to have a higher RPM but what ever. i just wanted a little air on the side of my case. (note; you will want a better fan if you are relying on this to do most of the cooling.) but this was not a problem for me i just wanted a cheap side case fan and to that design it works well.

Pros: THIS BOARD IS STABLE! i was able to OC my E8400 C2D to 4Ghz in seconds as well as set my ram to the correct 1600Mhz timings! Its really cool! the stuff that comes with is is amazing! I would definitely buy again! Newegg Honors its said prices!!! I will always be loyal!

Cons: The north bridge heat sink can make it a problem to install some CPU heat sinks. uses a 4pin cpu fan connector but no big.
