Everything I'd hope for!
Pros: -Solid construction -Really quiet, can barely here it, if at all. I never owned a PSU you can't here...unless it's dead (it's not) -Cables seem high quality -10 year warranty, so you know they have trust in there product -The tester was a nice touch -Hybrid mode is nice for a non gaming pc. This mode is probably better for workstations. -Came with extras like zip ties, Velcro strips, and a sticker if that's your thing. Of course screws as well. -So far seems very efficient
Cons: NO CONS on the actual product, but the manual could have been better. It is the bare minimum to get by. Normally that's enough, but the manual fails to explain 2 features of this product, so I'll explain. 1. The Tester: To use the tester attach the motherboard cable to the PSU and tester (there's a flap on the tester, there's no need to open the flap). Make sure the hybrid button is PUSHED IN. Then turn on the PSU and the fan should start moving, indicating it's working and receiving power. 2. Hybrid Mode: What is this mode? Basically it keeps the fans from spinning only when it needs to cool down the unit, essentially turning into a passive cooling PSU. Then once it gets to a certain temperature the fan kicks in. Whether this prolongs the life of the product, I don't know. To activate it you activate it the button on the back has to remain UNPUSHED. (Maybe they got my wiring wrong)
Overall Review: Great PSU does what it should and some
Terrific
Pros: Fast, easily overclockable, runs cool about 45c if over clocked to 4.2 ghz with stock cooler (but with a good thermal compound, not stock) Very efficient got a 7.7 in Performance info and tools, and 6.7 in graphics, wich for graphics isn't bad, can play light games like minecraft on it easily
Cons: Get after market heat sink, kinda of a given for any overclocking
Overall Review: Only get the 4690k if you plan on overclocking, if you don't plan to overclock get the 4690 and save you some money
Just Awesome
Pros: Super fast, with my old setup I was getting max 1.5 mbs, plugged this thing up and I'm getting downloads of close to 5 mbs. Has a nice long cord and mount
Cons: The mount doesn't stick to anything, so depending on where you have it a bump might knock it around. But, otherwise stable
Perfect
Pros: Is what it is, does what it says.
Cons: None
Overall Review: I've purchased 4 of these. All worked with no problem
Pros: Move a good amount of air. Relatively quiet. Wires are good length.
Cons: No marker to tell which direction it is blowing, but that's easily solved by just flicking the fan blades
