One of the Best

Logitech MX 518 Aluminum 8 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB Wired Optical Gaming Mouse
Logitech MX 518 Aluminum 8 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB Wired Optical Gaming Mouse

Pros: I purchased one of these years ago and it has been hands-down the best mouse I have ever owned. Before, I was hooked on the Microsoft Optical IntelliMouse, but after having problems with one of those I switched to Logitech. The mx518 may not have the highest dpi nowadays, but it is still a valuable asset to anyone with a computer.

Cons: NA

Overall Review: I have used one for so long the thumb area has been rubbed smooth, the paint on the logo has been leeched off from hand oil, and it never skips a beat when gaming, CAD, or just surfing the internet. The micro buttons do not stick, the Teflon-like pads on the underside are still slick, thus allowing the mouse to slid across any surface. The only maintenance I have done to it is take it apart and clean it with electrical-safe cleaner and canned air.

FineAuto 12 Volt Wet/Dry Portable Vacuum Cleaner
FineAuto 12 Volt Wet/Dry Portable Vacuum Cleaner

Pros: 1) Price (Shell Shocker Deal) 2) Small footprint for light duty 3) Some of the attachments are sturdy 4) How good I felt tossing this thing in the dumpster

Cons: Out of the box: 1) Handle was broken, 2) Impeller was broken, which led to shattering upon third use, 3) Cheap plastic construction, 4) No rubber seals, 5) NOT I repeat NOT a "Wet" vac as it is advertised 6) Does indeed pull quite a few amps 7) Cheap on/off switch 8) Brush-head attachment has to be joke

Overall Review: You are top-notch Newegg, but some of your marketplace vendors should be reconsidered as their junk products may begin reflecting upon you. A Newegg quality control staff would be a good first step!

Wow, all I can say is WOW!

Eluktronics PRO15RE3 Premium Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i7-6700HQ Quad Core, 3GB 970M GTX GDDR5, 15.6” Full HD IPS Anti-Glare Display, 512GB Eluktro Pro Performance SSD 16GB DDR4 RAM, Windows 10 Home
Eluktronics PRO15RE3 Premium Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i7-6700HQ Quad Core, 3GB 970M GTX GDDR5, 15.6” Full HD IPS Anti-Glare Display, 512GB Eluktro Pro Performance SSD 16GB DDR4 RAM, Windows 10 Home

Pros: This laptop was purchased as a desktop replacement after a lightning storm knocked out my power and a static shock whizzed through the system via the power-on button. Motherboard, RAM, PSU, CPU, and possibly the GPU: all goners. I saw this on special and after mulling it over for 24+ hours I fired off the round. I just received it today and have been enjoying the task of installing all the anti-this and anti-that. This is the first proprietary system I have purchased that has ZERO bloatware. Seriously, there is not one piece anywhere to be seen. Generally you must wade through all that "bull stuff" before getting down to the nitty-gritty of your new machine, but Eluktronics did it right this time. No blow ALL go!

Cons: Non so far...

Overall Review: Beware installing CCleaner with Windows 10 as they do not play nice together. CCleaner seems to remove some necessary files Windows 10 needs during a restart, which is no bueno! Now, the laptop itself is beautiful with none of the frilly nonsense most machines come with these days (pulsing lights, LEDs, disco balls, etc...). It is a very mature laptop meant for the serious user, yet has all the power for a gamer on the go. I have yet to play anything, however, Ark: Survival Evolved shall be the first and tested with maximum settings. Thank you Eluktronics for creating one of the best computers I have ever purchased and I sincerely hope this laptop will survive the test of time like my previous: Acer Aspire 1681 wlci. Still working after 11 years! Did you get a flier within your paperwork stating Eluktronics will give you a free thumb drive for an honest review? If so, know that they will indeed send you said thumb drive, albeit, the promotion does have some processing time so be patient with them (I bugged them relentlessly!). The thumb drive I received was the 16GB Kingston USB 3.0 DataTraveler G4 (Newegg Item #9SIA12K1S66947), however, the flier does state "Brand May Vary." One Year Update: Screen bezel will not stay snapped in on the left side in two places. No matter how the bezel is installed the two small stems with an "L" will not stay in their opposite and upside-down "L". This does not lessen the laptop in anyway. It is still dripping 100% pure awesome-sauce!

AMD Friendly

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM

Pros: When i purchased this it was on a special promo for $80 and seeing as the promotion was not going to last forever I snagged it with my rebuild order. For some reason I did not see that it was designed specifically for Intel P67 boards until a couple days before it arrived. Nonetheless I built the machine and low and behold it worked on an AMD motherboard. The ASUS M4A87TD-EVO AM3 recognized it without one single problem. Of course XP only sees about 78% of the 4GB (no biggie).

Cons: NA

Overall Review: A couple taps on the heatsink bent 90 degrees with 3mm holes would really help when wanting to add a fan unit.

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus - CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus - CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes

Pros: Keeps an over clocked CPU cool to the touch with a single fan. Even when the fan is removed the CPU barely went over 100F and with it 85F. Will be replacing the stock CM fan with a 120mm AC fan with speed control.

Cons: Instructions are not the best, however, there are many videos of how to fit this on a variety of sockets. Might have issues mounting a second fan when used with large heatsinked RAM (about 1/16" to big). If the fins were offset in one direction a second fan could easily be used on, dare I say it, ALL motherboards with ALL types of RAM.

Overall Review: System: Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T B.E. CPU HS: Cooler Master Hyper 212+ Motherboard : ASUS M4A87TD EVO HDD: WDCaviar Green 750GB Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600 GPU: Sapphire HD 5770 1GB PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro M700 Case: HEC Blitz Black Case

Flawless Victory (kinda)

ASUS M4A87TD EVO AM3 AMD 870 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
ASUS M4A87TD EVO AM3 AMD 870 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: As I had not built a computer since 2002 I was very wary about how many bad boards people have been getting lately. That being, I was beyond careful when installing the components and the motherboard itself into the case. At first I was going to buy Windows 7, but decided to just fall back onto Windows XP. After several BSOD during XP install I discovered that the motherboard did not get a long well with SP1 and had to slipstream SP2 onto a disc. Crossing my fingers and toes I began the install again...was a joyous time as the drivers installed. Does everything I need it to do and more. Be sure to stop by the website and grab any drivers that have come out after your driver DVD was made. There is a handy "Show me a list of what is on here" button within the DVD menus. This lists all driver versions on the DVD. Only two had updates after my purchase.

Cons: Does not like Windows XP SP1, but enjoys long walks on the beach with SP2.
