Pros: I love the case it is great, everything from my original review applies. The following are the correspondences between X-Clio and me: "To whom it may concern, I bought a Xclio 2000, in July of 2009, when it arrived the top fans and fan mounts were broken beyond use or repair. I'm hoping you can send me another one (fans and fan mounts) or let me know where I can buy a replacement (fans and fan mounts)." X-Clio Reply: "Hi there, Will arrange items for you after receive your details, we will send you free of charge replacement parts within 1 year warranty period. If your case is no longer under warranty, you need to purchase the replacement through PAYPAL."

Cons: Dust magnet!!! Good grief it can get a thick layer built up on the front fans. Now the real problems, when my case came in the mail the top fans and brackets were broken, I waited to long to get a new X-Clio 2000, but I had no intention of taking apart my rig to return it. All I wanted was a new part to repair the broken piece, now here comes the run around (The beginning is in Pros.) My Reply :"I bought the case over a year ago, and I'm not worried about getting a replacement part for free. I need to find out how to buy the frame for the top case fans, in other words the fans are not broken just the clear plastic piece that they are attached to." X-Clio Reply "I am sorry that the replacements part you request is a very fragile part which can not guarantee undamaged during transportation."

Overall Review: My Reply:"I just want to be able to repair my unit. If it would make it stronger for shipment, I'll purchase the fans with the frame mounts. Just please tell me how to go about buying a replacement part (X-Clio 2000 top case fan mount frame)." X-Clio Reply:"Sorry we can not send out the replacement if we do not have 100% confidence that the replacement will deliver without damage, especially our valuable customer pay for it. Hope you can understand." My Reply: "I'm sorry, but I don't understand. I have a broken X-Clio 2000 case, encase you forgot it came that way, and all I want is for it to be repaired and usable. I will never buy another X-Clio product again and will tell everyone I know not to buy them either, unless you find a way to sell me the replacement piece. I don't care if you have to wrap it in a mile of bubble wrap and ship it in a shock proof case, I will pay whatever the cost for the proper precautions so I will receive the piece undamaged. Please find a way."
