Cons: The fact that I was sent a Disk to install windows was just surprising. I don’t even have a disc drive at this point. So I had to install one since I needed it. Why I didn’t get a thumb drive, I do not know. As well as all the late notifications of my packages was annoying. I got my text notification twice in this entire order. First time buyer and a little disappointed.

Overall Review: Could have been better in notifications and alerts about package location and status.
