Great emergency radio

Pros: This is all you need to know. There is a button on the top of the radio that you push in. It clicks. When it is in, you get the local weather report, live, anytime. Simple and reliable. You could activate this in the dark. You can tune into AM/FM like any normal radio as well. To that effect the radio works fine. Nothing special. But for an emergency radio that uses AA batteries this thing is super simple and just works.
Cons: If you do want to use this to actually listen to music and such, it doesn't sound the greatest. But that isn't really the purpose this is marketed towards.
Surprisingly good sound

Pros: Let me preface this by saying I got these headphones with a rebate such that I only paid $8 net (once I get my $25 back in 2 months) For $8 I'm thrilled with these headphones. I'd even say they are worth the $33 regular without rebate. The sound is detailed and clear. Bass is there, but not overpowering. They are solidly built for their price with a wide metal band reinforcing the headband.
Cons: They are ugly. These are best suited for home use.
Overall Review: I have to say these are pretty decent headphones. I don't even have them fully broken in and they sound great. I would compare them to my Sennheiser HD 202's only with less bass. But I can't wear my 202's because they are too uncomfortable. These go around the ear and are fairly comfortable. I did have to stretch the headband overnight, but that is more due to my big head.
