Pros: Probably the best mouse I have ever owned. I have one that is at least five years old. I purchased this one as a backup because my old one doesn't hold a charge for as long as it used to.
Cons: DOA, it happens.
Overall Review: I have emailed the seller. I'll update my review based on thier response.
Pros: One of them fits.
Cons: One of them doesn't fit.
Overall Review: I received two distinctly different Guards. One fits the standard PC fan screws the other has much larger mounting points. The PC fan screws won't work. I don't get it. Why did I not get two of the same...? I will probably order something else if I can't get this resolved....
Pros: 1200watts, nice modular design, nice cabling.
Cons: Failed in less than two months pushing a pair of R9 280Xs and an FX-8350.
Overall Review: I hope Rosewill has good customer service. Their RMA form was easy enough to submit.
Pros: They work as advertised. They certainly move a lot of air.
Cons: No eggs for this, I was warned through the previous reviews. They are a tad loud, but not terribly so.
Overall Review: I needed the CFMs. Running Seti @ Home on two R9 280Xs at reduced clocks (950mhz/1500mhz) and still cooking at about 74C, down from 80C+ at stock clocks and with lower 23CFM OEM fans.. Mind you, they are installed in a Silverstone HTPC case. These fans were the only viable option. I hope they last a good while.
Pros: An excellent operating system. It is finally looking like a respectable piece of software. As easy to navigate as Win 7 with a little more bling. The new browser, Spartan, is kinda cool also. I have always been a IE fan though. Please check it out for yourself, there are plenty of reviews and commentary across the web.
Cons: The advertised pictures are not current, as the previous review stated. I also do understand the FRIGGIN PRICE. What is MS doing? They'll give it away to those of us who have tested Win 10, and still gouge any potential purchasers? Stupid....
Overall Review: In the end, I highly recommend Win 10. The transition is no worse than from XP to 7 (admittedly, from 7 to 8 was a fiasco, even though I like 8 on my table). The GUI is much more modern and still easy to use. However, MS needs to find a way to get their price down. I would NOT pay for this or any other version of Win 10 while I still have Win 7. TOO MUCH MONEY MS!
Pros: So far so good. I purchased this for its capacity, not its speed. Read and write speeds are quite sufficient for my Surface 3 tablet. Accepts encryption without any problems.
Cons: None to speak of.
Overall Review: Why do you always receive a SD adaptor with a Micro SD card? I have never had a computer with a SD slot.
Pros: Small, rechargeable. Feels solid and well built. Pairs and operates with my Surface 3 with no problems.
Cons: May be slightly to small, especially for big hands.
Overall Review: It was kind of awkward at first. the mouse doesn't have buttons per se. It rocks back a forth, left or right. The scroll is where it's at though; left or right, up or down just by rubbing your finger across the mouse. It really is a very functional mouse. Sorry Newegg, I purchased it somewhere else.
Pros: Full PC capability. Small, touch screen, form factor.
Cons: Not sure there are any.
Overall Review: I wish I could have purchased this from Newegg. I have done a lot of business with Newegg, I simply can't be home for this kind of delivery (working out of town) This is a small PC. Simply setting it up with the updates and MS Office 365 shows me that this device is more than capable. It runs just like a PC, seriously. I almost opted for the Surface 3 Pro, I simply felt it was too large for what I want to do with this device. I wanted a tablet and I have used a Surface 2 for the last 2 years with no problems. You really can't go wrong if you purchase the Surface 3. It is a great device. I'll post again in a couple of weeks.
Pros: Still available for purchase. No problems, no DOA sticks, no BIOS problems.
Overall Review: Purchased these as a match to my existing 8gigs. I have not overclocked this RAM, why should I? It works just fine. Running 7.8WEI. AMD FX-8350 is the weak spot at 4300mhz.
Pros: This puppy will run at 4.4ghz easy, maybe faster if you really play with it. Eight cores also.
Cons: None really, except it needs water cooling, no biggy. Water cooling should be the norm for any PC builder these days.
Overall Review: Picked it up for cheap last year, right after Black Friday, on sale. Drop the fan in the trash. Water cooling is required if you're serious about your proc. Runs full tilt at stock 4ghz on eight cores at 47C with a CORSAIR Hydro Series H60. About 10C warmer at 4.4ghz.
Pros: It works as advertised and it's SMALL, no complaints from my daughter in her bedroom some 50' and four walls away. Even her gaming hasn't suffered, she doesn't play a lot though....
Overall Review: These little bugs really work, this isn't the first I've used and I'm quite happy with the results.
Pros: Easy build, great for SSD install. It really is a great looking case. I highly recommend it.
Cons: The MOBO studs are about a sixteenth of and inch too short. This may be the MOBO manufacturers fault. Not hard to fix if you have the parts. No egg off for that.
Overall Review: I still recommend this case very highly for a MATX build. All factory cabling was easy to attach, no short cables and it is a semi screw less design. It also has two, 2-1/.2" SSD/HDD slots built in.
Pros: Easy install, good software.
Cons: NOT a dual graphics card board, yea, the slots are there, but they are all but useless. You cannot install two cards unless they are very small and even then the extra PCI slot is covered up and the USB headers are in the way. Also, the case studs are short or the MOBO IO header is too low by about a sixteenth of an inch, Not sure which. Need replacement studs.
Overall Review: Purchase a single slot MOBO and a good graphics card. DO NOT purchase this one for SLI or Xfire. This is my first MATX build and probably my last. Overall, a good PC, there just isn't any room to expand, none at all....
Pros: O.K., its fast, really fast. Almost as fast as my ADATA X900 without the performance enhancements provided by the Samsung software. From my ADATA to my Samsung; well over 200mbs. that is FAST! (I used various files to test this)
Cons: Without AHCI implementation and the Samsung software, it didn't beat the ADATA AX900. I only gained storage space.
Overall Review: I tested this with real files, not a benchmark application. the 850 EVO is a solid, well supported SSD. I strongly recommend it.
Pros: It is fast, very fast. I have had no problems with this device. It plays Hawken FLAT OUT at Ultra settings and Crysis 3 is amazing also. It smashes Seti At Home work units in, it seems, 10 to 20 minutes. By far the best and fastest card I have ever owned.
Cons: Huge card, I said that the first time, this card is HUGE! I want another one, I hope they come available again.
Overall Review: I purchased this card 'open box'. It looked as if it were brand new. It was in what seemed to be the original, unopened packaging. I don't understand the problems others are having with this card. I'm running an AMD 8350 at 4400mhz, 12 gigs of 1600mhz ram and a 256gig SSD. (to be replaced soon with a 500gig SSD), powered by a Corsair 750watt PSU, all packed in a Silverstone HTPC.case.
Pros: Proper fit and function. Quiet, I did not notice any change in my system noise. I have a pretty quiet HTPC system.
Overall Review: Anyone who has built their own PC knows that sometimes you have to make things work, especially cooling. I had to splice in the fan connector, that wasn't a problem for me. I happen to be an electrician. I would recommend this fan for any 135mm replacement.
Pros: Four years old and the fan only just died. Pushing dual Radeon R7 240s, an AMD 8350, a 256gb SSD and one TB mass storage plus a couple of other devices. It has been running for four years, nearly 24/7. I run Seti at Home (BOINC) so my PC is almost never down. I will order another fan from Newegg!
Cons: I should have read the previous reviews first before I posted my first review. I keep my PC CLEAN. I've peeled open my PSU and found it to be in great condition, except for the fan of course. Do these other reviewers maintain their systems properly? I don't know. This PSU is a SOLID piece of equipment.
Overall Review: I have helped many of my friends and family with their PCs over the years. Everything from hardware issues to malware. The biggest problem I see, almost without fail, is the dirt that builds in a PC. Your PC uses your atmosphere for its cooling, you clean your house but, not your PC?!
Pros: Plastic, shallow profile, black in color.
Overall Review: I used this to adapt a CORSAIR Hydro Series H60 (CWCH60) High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler to my HTPC rig. The 60 to 120mm constriction doesn't seem to matter. Idle at 30C, flat out at 50C on a Phenom X4 970
Pros: Quiet...really quiet. I caught it on sale as a refurbished item. I am glad I did. I purchased it for the cost of a good heatsink/fan combo. Maxed out my temp at 48c. I had to run Malwarebytes, my antivirus and play Hawken all at the same time to do that.
Cons: None. It works as advertised, better than I expected.
Overall Review: Installed in a Silverstone HTPC case. I had to order a fan adapter plate so that I can attach it to the case without any serious mods. Not a big deal, I have plenty of shelf space.
Gigibyte mobo, 2 AMD R7 240s in crossfire, 3.8ghz AMD quad core, 256gig SSD, 1tb of mass storage. GREAT HTPC. Well above average for gaming also.
Pros: Small and low power, inexpensive.
Cons: None, I received exactly what I paid for. However, this is not an all out gaming card. You'll have to spend some more money for that, quite a bit more.
Overall Review: I purchased a pair of these for a HTPC. I made a great choice. I was looking for low sound, low power and low heat especially. I have all of that. These things run Crysis 3 at medium levels with no problem, I don't know what I'm missing but, on a 46" LED LCD, it looks fantastic! You cannot do better for the price. I wanted a quiet HTPC I could still play moderate games on and I have it.
Pros: This is a solid, well built case. It looks great with my TV stand and looks like a piece of electronics and not like a PC.
Cons: Tight! No air! Do not use this case for a hot gaming rig! I won't dock an egg for that, it is a HTPC case and a nice one.
Overall Review: This case is precisely what I was looking for. It works as intended and it looks good. I warn against using it for gaming because it will run hot. I have a Phenom 2 and a couple of old AMD 5670s and I had to reset all to stock speeds. It all runs well and quiet.
An HTPC rig doesn't need a lot of power, so if you stuff one in this case you will not be unhappy. It really is a good looking, solid case.
Pros: Nero was great a few years ago...
Cons: No Bluray playback?? Even on sale, this is worthless to me... WIN 7 burns CDs just fine for the half dozen I burn in a year.
Overall Review: I'm glad I read the reviews first and saved my money. As for the guy who purchased the upgrade, what is your point? Have you used this version?
Pros: Nice sound and fairly easy to use. I like the joystick motion of the control button, I can get used to that. The built in SRS WOW works well.
Cons: The SRS WOW will fight with the spacial effects in your music player, use one or the other, not both. The earphone cable could be a little longer, it only just reaches my belt and I am only about 5'-11".
Overall Review: I am using this device with my Galaxy S II Skyrocket, only for music though. The function is great; easy pairing, easy charging, good sound at respectable listening levels. I am able to turn off my volume limit, be careful if you do so, it can be VERY loud.
Pros: Large capacity; 29.8gigs formatted, 13gigs transfered from my old 16 gig card.
Cons: Slow to write. It ramped up from 4mbs to 8mbs, FINAAALLLLYYYYyyyy... yep, that's what it felt like. My class 4 only wrote at about 4mbs. At least it met the specs though.
Overall Review: The read speed is what is important to me. My card reads at 18mbs. So, installing apps or adding files; music or whatever, may be a little slower than I wish, however, the read speed should help my apps to run a little quicker, as if they're not quick already. This card is installed in a Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket.
Pros: Fast, functional, great for Skype. It looks good and is a great value. AMDs new APUs are very functional, very.
Cons: Can't find any.
Overall Review: Removed McAffee and installed Norton 360, just a personal preference. I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. She is quite happy with it, as am I. It really is a very nice laptop, a little light weight maybe but, my daughter tends to take care of her belongings.
