This cable's as good as a $200 cable
Pros: I don't understand why someone would pay over $100 for the same features in a cable, as this one has from Nippon. When I shopped at a retail store (HH Gregg), and the manager told me that his HDMI cables each cost over $200, I asked him why - meanwhile I'm thinking, what an idiot. Truthfully, if you research, and do your homework about HDMI, you will find as I did that the $6 cable will do what the $100 will do. I did an experiment: I bought the $200 cable and tested it against this $6 cable with borrowed frequency monitoring equipment from a fellow geek, and got the same results. This cable is top of the line.
Overall Review: What I have found during my research: HDMI cables 6 feet or less work best. Most HDMI components will never use more than 10.2 Gbps, so buying a cable that is rated for 21 Gbps seems rediculas. Features to look for: Consumer electronics control support (CEC), audio return channel (ARC), ehternet channel, 4k x 2k resolution support, full 3D support, 10.2 Gbps or more, and look for some type of testing or certification. This cable has all that for a great price. By the way, I returned the $200 cable.
Pros: Had this for a month or 2 now. Super fast and very stable out of the box. Easy to setup. The phone app is useful to adjust traffic and such. I get 5 bars of signal strength anywhere in the house and in the yard. Currently 18 devices connected at once and no buffering or lag. No lag in gaming either. What sold me on this model was the simultaneous bidirectional wireless traffic and it's the latest AC wireless standard. Also has a quad core processor with 3 sub processors.
Overall Review: I recommend this.
Pros: ~200 fps on the highest settings in COD AW. 8GB of RAM instead of 4. The center fan spins for 2D applications and they all spin for 3D games and applications. Stays cool when heavily used.
Overall Review: Rig: ASRock X99X Killer, 16GB G.Skill DDR4 2400, Core i7-5820K, Samsung Evo 3D 1TB SSD, EVGA 1200 watt PS.
Pros: Plenty of room in this case for everything! I love the SATA dock built into the top of the case. Very well thought out and good build quality. I like the HD slots the way they are; you don't have to dismantle the entire front of the case to install hard drives. Great price for the size and features you get. The case is wide enough to handle the tallest CPU coolers.
