Very practical
Pros: Easier than carrying around a bunch of separate USB chargers. Can handle the power requirements of an iPad You need to use only one power socket connection for up to five devices.
Cons: None that I found after a month of use including a lot of business travel
Overall Review: It's good value for money.
USB only - no PS/2
Pros: It's quiet.
Cons: Typical mushy keys Description seemed to imply that this KB would be PS/2, which is part of the reason I bought it, but it's USB only.
Overall Review: Only if you need a cheap, quiet USB keyboard
Great camera, but the worst documentation and software install
Pros: I bought this camera because the Arlo brand seemed recommended in all the recent outdoor camera roundups I read. Pros -This model has a 1 year battery life. (Wowzers!) -Great price, because I'm not paying for video resolution I can't use.
Cons: Cons -In the box paper documentation was about the size of a postage stamp. Useless. -Web site documentation does not include a comprehensive user manual -web site documentation consists of a whole lot of help files, which are scattershot and disorganized, and annoyingly incomplete. -You will probably need to find out the hard way where the USB charger port is. (hint: life up the rubber pad.) The diagram in one help file omits this key fact -Your phone or tablet must be on the same 2.4GHz WiFi as the camera.] -The camera is 2.4 GHz only. -After a whole bunch of tries, I could not get the camera recognized using my iPhone. I was able to get the camera recognized using my iPad.
Overall Review: The camera itself is great. But read all the Cons. I'm surprised that none of the product roundups mentioned these issues. Be prepared to waste lots of time doing the install.
rubber housing is torn on the headphones.
Cons: Because the rubber housing is torn, the phones fall out of my ears a lot.
Overall Review: Not really.
Really like this card reader - better than my old one
Pros: CF card reader solid - reviews of other products sometimes complain about "wobbly" (my word) card reader slot. SD card reader solid 3 front USB 3 ports charging port different color faceplates. card readers showed up in Windows as drives.
Cons: Could use some software to change the appearance of those Windows drives to show that they are card readers, not drives.
Overall Review: Absolutely. Much better than the Orico reader that I had before, which never worked right (and their support was non-responsive.) Still in service and still working fine.
This device worked fine, and then the seller offered to replace it when it failed
Pros: Works great. Allowed me to create a "simple docking center" for a laptop with minimal ports. Vendor reached out to me proactively, and is sending me a replacement unit.
Cons: One egg off because the vendor didn't have an explicit warranty policy.
Overall Review: Does what is supposed to do at a very good price.
Item well -packe
I ordered an OEM disk drive. It came in a box specifically sized for a drive, with molded "holders" at each end of the drive. +1
Seller OK. item itself did not work, so I had to return it.
Considering this experience, I would have to be cautious since I don't know if they carry quality or schlock stuff.
