Pros: I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I ordered these Thumb Drives (4 of them) not knowing whether there would be any indicator on them that showed when I entered them in the port that they were active. I am very happy to discover that they have a light feature which shows that it is active. I will be ordering more soon. Too often, I have purchased these type of items and have to rely on the laptop to tell me whether it is loaded or not. At least with this product, I can see it plainly and quickly! I don't know if there was a problem with the delivery, but it took my inquiry to change the status from "label created" to "in transit" after almost two weeks of it staying at "label created." I know things can get bogged down, but some communication would have been appreciated. The quick response after I sent an inquiry is appreciated. I really needed the item, and it has helped me do my work better.

It took an inquiry from me to get my product. The status sat in "Label Created" mode for 2 weeks. Once I sent an inquiry, the item's status changed to "Shipped" that evening. I am very pleased with the product. It functions as described and as I expected. The seller was courteous and responsive, but the rating would be higher if I hadn't had to contact him.
