Fully functional monitor, not as easy to rotate/move as it could be

MSI Modern MD271P 27" FHD 1920 x 1080 75Hz IPS HDMI USB Type-C, Swivel, Pivot, Height Adjust, Tilt VESA Built-in Speakers Monitor
MSI Modern MD271P 27" FHD 1920 x 1080 75Hz IPS HDMI USB Type-C, Swivel, Pivot, Height Adjust, Tilt VESA Built-in Speakers Monitor

Pros: Screen quality is as expected for a FHD monitor these days. Pairs well with my work laptop as the second screen. Colors are good.

Cons: When I try to turn the screen, the whole monitor base moves instead. So it requires 2 hands to turn the screen. The same is true of raising the screen. If I try to lift the screen height from the bottom, sometimes I end up lifting the monitor base.

Overall Review: Definitely a good monitor for the price. It was the best deal I could find given my budget.

Most Critical Review

Promising card with one major issue

ASRock Phantom Gaming D3 Radeon RX 5600 XT RX5600XT PGD3 6GO 6GB (14Gbps) 192-Bit GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
ASRock Phantom Gaming D3 Radeon RX 5600 XT RX5600XT PGD3 6GO 6GB (14Gbps) 192-Bit GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Pros: Card is capable of everything it claims. Quiet card to be sure. When it's not failing on me, it runs all my games at 60% GPU or less, leaving me plenty of room to raise graphics settings. The shifting LEDs are a nice aesthetic, although my case is turned away from me so I can't really see them :).

Cons: The card is large, due to the 3 fans. Not a deal-breaker, as my case did have room, but it was a little tricky to manipulate the power cables around it without crowding it in. The big issue is that this card keeps glitching out on me. I replaced an old, but power hungry, Nvidia GTX 285, so I'm quite sure it's not my PSU (600W) starving the card. I've already done a complete wipe and driver update. I've reseated the card and its power cord. I've even tipped my PC on the side, because one former user of the same card lamented its large size was causing it to "sag". None of these have fixed the black-screen glitch-out issue. The card is not overheating (it did heat up once, but i think that was before i had most recent drivers). It even glitches out when limiting its power draw with Tweak (to 135W). Gaming, it will typically last anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. When I've stressed it with FurMark, it never lasts over 90 seconds, even when the temperatures are kept low (<70C) by high fan speeds. I also had the same issue another user reported where the AMD software was reporting fans speeds of ~55000 RPM. I had to flip it to manual control in Tweak to get the fans to spin at a real speed again.

Overall Review: Gotta read my Cons section if you want to know why it's only 2/5 rating. I've submitted a ticket to ASRock tech support already this morning. I'm hoping for a response that will assure me that a Replace choice is a wise one. I really want the card to work, as it seems so promising (maybe just because it's such a massive upgrade, but it really does seem nice). Overall, it's a risk. Lots of positive reviews here on Newegg, but lots of negative press if you search Google for the exact black screen issue. Looking forward to a response from ASRock that will prompt me to come update this review.
