Overall Review: Recieved the device, it was DOA. Returned and used a different PSU.
Pros: I had purchased this for work to configure switches. It works as well as any cable from Cisco itself.
Pros: it makes accessing applications and typing easy when you can't use your fingers.
Cons: squishy tip
Overall Review: If you try to use with a game like (drawsomething) then expect your drawings to be better than what you get with your finger but it will still look like a 5 year old drew with the picture, but maybe its just me.
Pros: It burns lightscribe discs and its a blu-ray player. I am not sure what M-discs are but if they become main stream it is always good to be prepared.
Cons: With the device it self, no
Overall Review: Because this is an OEM and unless you purchase it as part of a bundle, there is no Blu-ray playing software. I tried downloading DA player on my computer, but it crashed every time I tried to run it. I tried a trial version of Corel's WinDVD for 30 days and WinDVD played the 2 blu-rays i rented ("In Time" and "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo"). Try DA player first, if that doesn't work your only other option is to buy commercial Blu-ray software.
Pros: It's a cheap solution to adding wifi to a desktop or laptop. Works fine in a 2 story home while the receiver is upstairs and router is down stairs, but it doesn't receive full strength do to floors and walls.
Cons: Receiver strength is not very strong, but you get what you pay for.
Overall Review: There is software and drivers for Windows 7 on TRENDnet's web site. I installed on Win 8 Consumer preview and have not had an issue yet.
Pros: haven't had it fail yet. Always detected by OS.
Overall Review: I use it to install Windows OS and it hasn't failed me yet.
Pros: It works as expected
Cons: shorter than i thought, but i was never a good judge at length.
Pros: Needed extra SATA ports for my computer so i could add a Blu-ray drive to my computer. Plus it uses the PCIe X1 slot that really doesn't have too many uses.
Cons: don't know yet.
Overall Review: I haven't had a chance to use it yet but i will update my review later once i do.
Pros: Lightscribe is cool if you want to put designs on your disks instead of writing the labels with a Sharpy.
Overall Review: Cd's are Cd's so there won't be a difference between burning music, pictures, or short videos to them compared to any other Cd's you purchase.
Pros: Easy install, no drivers necessary.
Cons: Bloat-ware from Nero on the disk but a bright side of it is you get a discount upgrade to Nero's Blu-ray bundle software, if you get a Blu-ray drive.
Overall Review: Replaced a failing IDE disk drive with this one and its worked out fine so far.
Pros: the 802.11 n is great because the new computers seem to browse the web faster, instead of being handcuffed by the 802.11 g.
Cons: No problems
Overall Review: Routers are one of the few things i would purchase refurbished and getting one with 802.11 n was a good choice.
Pros: Puts to use the Floppy drive bays that computer cases have, since floppy drives are basically obsolete. Reads cards well, USB works fine. Windows will auto install all necessary drivers. Works on Win 7 and 8 consumer preview.
Cons: Its not a big con but just a bit of personal preference: when inserting the cards (SD, MMC, ect) they have to be placed in the reader upside down, even though the reader is installed in the proper orientation.
Overall Review: Easy to install, really happy with the Micro SD support, and can never have to many USB ports either.
Pros: has a short usb cable and attaches to the back of the system. Not difficult to set up plug in and play. *supposed to come with a disc for setup in case you haven't connected your xbox to the Internet before.*
Cons: Mine didn't come with the disc and it looked like it was opened.
Overall Review: I am just glad i didn't need the disc but i was a little worried when i saw that it was supposed to come with one. I like that is compact and easy to set up. Just have the system near a wireless connection and you are pretty much golden.
Pros: Bought it on sale and it works well.
Cons: can become a bit uncomfortable.
Pros: nice looking case and power supply works.
Cons: not for high end motherboards that need a lot of power. *you may need some molex to sata power adapters if you need extra sata power connectors because the power supply only has one. luckily they are cheap and easy to find*
Overall Review: I have an asus p5kpl-am se mother board (kind of old and doesn't need to much power). I have left it on for an entire day and it works well, no problem with the power supply. All the cables reach where they need too. I received a baggy with all the screws and standoffs attached with a twist tie to the cables that for the front of the case. As for cable management i used the twist ties that came with the case.
