Most Favorable Review

been using it for 2 months. (Update. been using it now for almost 2 years)

Rosewill Portable Induction Cooktop Burner, 1800W, 8 Power/Temp Levels, Touch Panel, LED Display, Timer, Auto Shut-Off, Child Safety Lock, Includes Stainless Steel Pot - (RHAI-13001)
Rosewill Portable Induction Cooktop Burner, 1800W, 8 Power/Temp Levels, Touch Panel, LED Display, Timer, Auto Shut-Off, Child Safety Lock, Includes Stainless Steel Pot - (RHAI-13001)

Pros: Good wattage, fast heatup and ease of control, Best and most durable control pad I have seen

Cons: A bit noisy, but with a higher wattage and the fact that I like to use cast iron I am happy to deal with it. (2 yr edit) Largest con I find is that the temps are in jumps. If you want to do candy or other precision tasks this device will not be suitable.

Overall Review: (2 yr edit) Durability has been exceptional, the last one we had lasted about 6 months. This one is now 2 years old and still strong.

Most Critical Review

First impressions/ first week of experiences/first month experience/ 6 weeks.

PumpkinX Tablet, 10.1" IPS Smart Color Display 1280x800, Android Marshmallow - Android 6.0, 2GB RAM, 32GB, Octa Core, HDMI, 5MP Camera with Flash
PumpkinX Tablet, 10.1" IPS Smart Color Display 1280x800, Android Marshmallow - Android 6.0, 2GB RAM, 32GB, Octa Core, HDMI, 5MP Camera with Flash

Pros: Better than expected battery life/1M Continue to be impressed with battery life/6 weeks no longer impressed good tactile feel/1M Still waiting on PumkinX to send me the correct cover./ 6 weeks finally got the replacement cover, still not what I ordered but it covers the device. 1M am really enjoying being able to watch more than one movie before battery goes down./6 weeks I cannot comment positively.

Cons: response on "Wake UP" slow/ 1M Still cannot find solution to this issue, need to contact PumkinX support./ 6 weeks device heated up in the upper left hand corner and now will not boot. Am also finding issues with games needing high memory but it may be just the game itself, I have had similar issues with a few tablets. I have again had to get NewEgg involved to resolve the rma issue. please see outline under "Other" entry.

Overall Review: I will follow up at the one month and at the 6 month timeframes! I am impressed so far and have high expectations. 1 month entry Really enjoying this budget minded unit So much so that I may change the rating to 5 star if I can get the WakeUp issue resolved, the PumkinX staff have been nice so I will let them get over the holiday rush before badgering them about the correct case. 6 weeks. Device is now dead, I tried to contact vendor as they recommended but all contact information via web returns emails and fails. I finally contacted NewEgg for assistance and it took the vendor 3 days to respond and accept my RMA. I shipped the RMA and it was recieved on the 11th of January, I tried to contact the vendor for 7 days and finally had to contact NewEgg and am again waiting on resolution from the vendor. I will follow up when something happens.

Great unit. simple setup and great durability (Installed for over 1 year)

Corsair Force LS 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CSSD-F120GBLSB
Corsair Force LS 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CSSD-F120GBLSB

Pros: Fast, Trouble free. compatible and compliant

Cons: Perhaps not the fastest SSD on the market but by far the easiest transition I have done so far.

Overall Review: After over a year this drive is still close to benchmark specs on a heavily used PC. The Startup is still faster than most of my other PCs all on SSD boot drives. I should have bought 3 of these.

Had High Hopes but was Dissapointed. (Updated to 3 eggs from 2)

Intel 730 Series 2.5" 240GB SATA 6Gb/s MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) SSDSC2BP240G4R5
Intel 730 Series 2.5" 240GB SATA 6Gb/s MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) SSDSC2BP240G4R5

Pros: SSD with what seems to be a great reliability factor and warranty

Cons: Extremely low tech customer service. Provided software shows problematical issues. The only recommended option by support voids warranty. If there is a problem they expect YOU to pay shipping... Speed still a factor after a year.

Overall Review: Possibly a good buy but based on my experience I just returned 8 unopened units and am stuck with a 9th that never wanted to recognize properly. After a few days of poor information I finally was able to get the unit to recognize properly in both the system and the Bios but at that point even the provided software still did not recognize the drive. Based on manufacture date the drive was 4 months newer than the latest firmware but the recommendation was to update the firmware... Do I hear Warranty void? The Technical Reps were actually great from a professional level but seemed to be "Nervous or Afraid" of escallating an issue above their level to either a more experienced tech or one that had a more open group of options to work with. I would at this point prefer a refund but seem to be stuck with an overpriced external drive that will never perform as it should. Update: Finally worked out the install issues using work around from 3rd party providers Intel may do well with processors (I still prefer my AMDs) but they have failed on supporting what from first glance was and may still be a superior SSD option.

Great price, disappointing durability

HGST 500GB TOURO S High-Performance Ultra-Portable Drive USB 3.0 Model 0S03733(HTOSPC5001BDB) Silver
HGST 500GB TOURO S High-Performance Ultra-Portable Drive USB 3.0 Model 0S03733(HTOSPC5001BDB) Silver

Pros: trim profile, light weight, sure snug connectivity without being an issue

Cons: left plugged in overnight to a 3.0 PC and came beck to a clicking drive. It ended after reboot and a few plug in and unplug cycles but comes back if left plugged in for over an hour or so.

Overall Review: I am wary about the durability of the device but am somewhat convinced the issue is somewhere in the firmware and not the hardware.
