Pros: Well built, relatively light-weight compared to an all-copper unit. Cools well and is quiet. I installed it on an Intel i7 CPU, which had an excessively noisy stock cooler. It's been problem free during the first month of use. The bottom brackets have adhesive, so they stick to the motherboard for easier installation.

Cons: No instructions, no air-flow indicator on the fan or housing, and the mount is perfectly square, so there are 4 possible orientations of the unit, which is error-prone. Must remove the fan housing to access 2 of the screws, but that's easy, since the housing just snaps on and off. I would have given 5-stars, if good instructions were included.

Overall Review: Installation: Since the fan blows INTO the heatsink and my CPU is at the top of the motherboard of my tower case, I mounted it so the fan is at the bottom (the side nearest the video card slots), blowing upwards. As another review indicated, the C-shaped brackets should be mounted on the bottom of the motherboard, with the posts in the CPU mounting holes, oriented with the centers of the brackets facing each other, like: ') (' and not: '( )'. Peel off the paper and stick them into place, mount the motherboard, then the heat sink (minus fan) using the 4 screws, plug in fan power wires, and then snap the fan into place. I did NOT use the stock thermal paste which was pre-applied to the unit, since it was a complete unknown. I cleaned it off w/ Arcticlean and used Arctic Silver 5 instead.

Pros: I have bought 3 WD NVMe sticks over the last few years; the most-recent was a 2TB stick which I've been using for a couple of weeks. All have been reliable and are working great.

Pros: Works well. I've been using a 1TB unit in my desktop for over a year and bought this 500GB unit for my laptop a few weeks ago. It's worth a few more bucks to get a faster SSD that typical units.

Cons: It would be nice if an attachment screw was provided. I really had to hunt to find an appropriate screw to install it in my laptop.

Pros: This keyboard/mouse switch box does exactly what it's supposed to do, reliably and without disrupting my keyboard. My old switch box (by StarTech) developed an issue where I'd have to unplug and replug my keyboard into the socket to reset it after switching computers. This switch does not have that problem. The button switches are sturdy. The ports are all on the back, instead of having some on the front (which is a better arrangement for my cluttered desk). I've been using it for over a week and it's been problem-free.

Cons: It would be nice if there were LEDs to let you know which computer is selected (like my old StarTech unit), but it's not a big deal, since 1 of the 2 buttons is clearly depressed. My office is kind of dark and I can easily tell which computer is selected by feeling the buttons.

Overall Review: I recommend this unit and would buy it again.

It's been a month since I placed my order and it still has not arrived. When I placed the order, I saw others had mentioned this, so I am being patient. Luckily, my need is not urgent. If it had been, I'd be more upset. When I click on the shipping tracking number, there's still no estimate as to when it will arrive. I think my order is still literally on a slow boat from China. I know that the USPS tracking won't be available until the package is in the US, from prior experience. This is the slowest delivery of any order I've made from a Chinese company.

I ordered a 32GB SanDisk microSDHC card with free shipping. It arrived 5 calendar days later (including the weekend). The memory card is in good working order. No complaints.
