Excellent solid hardware (2.5GB LAN, M.2 Storage for cashing, I/O Ports) at a great price. Installation of hardware (drives, etc.) done well. UGREEN NAS app make it simple and quick to get the unit up and running.

It's a quality product that works with Power Factor Correction power supplies. It's not a truly pure sine wave unit, but, nobody really needs that anyway. You just need one that works with a PFC power supply and this unit will while other ones may or may not. The smell while undesirable is merely a short term nuisance that will quickly go away with a week or so of being out of the package and bag. You don't even need to put it in a well ventilated place. Just stick it somewhere (bathroom w/o shower for me) and it will stop smelling soon enough. I plugged it in and got everything set up finally and it works as expected. I was a little surprised to see even with a large amount of items plugged in with my computer running a stress test maxing the CPU & GPU it only consumed 333 watts of power. This is with an i56600K and a GTX 970. So you can sort of use that as a reference to determine how much power you need. My GPU consumes a little over 100 watts of additional power when going from idle to max performance mode under a stress test.

This thing is truly amazing. Can run models up to 200 billion parameters. (Most of mine are between 70-120b, but my 24b "devstral" model is very useful for simple coding.) For a "personal AI" it's perfect. I use it to assist with sensitive client matters that I do not want to "share" with public AI services. Yes, it is brittle, but it is not hard to perform factory-restore using Nvidia's image - they have clear instructions posted and AI can help you if you need it. Be sure to use Nvidia's tool to create the boot thumb-drive. The unique hardware and driver situation makes this computer incompatible with other distros or OSes.

For a server case that isn't the size of a bar fridge, fit the physical space requirements I needed. Excellent airflow and having side fans specifically for video cards is a plus (even though I'm not using it for crypto mining).

Operated exactly as advertised. This review unit arrived with excellent timing. The day after I installed it the power here went out for over an hour with several outages the following week! Not only did the BU 600 keep my cable modem, gigabit switch and a high end router running without missing a beat, I was even able to keep my phone charging. Estimated run time with the new battery and minimalist load was 3 hours+. Of course age reduces the battery capacity, but if you use this product in your server room, it will keep your web connections and routers running like nothing happened for at least 60+ minutes Management software is a free download. The unit was detected on my win7/64 laptop USB and windows drivers installed, and then I installed the APC software. No eyebrow raisers there. Wall mounting holes a nice touch. USB charge port @ 1.5amps shows engineers are listening to customers. I'm seeing this all over the business lately. I just bought a nice desk lamp that has a USB charge port on it.

Enormous inside and no psu shroud to take up much of the bottom of the case. s but room for a lot of case fans, anyway. I'm using 3 140mm fans in the top and 4 120mm fans in the front and one 120mm fan in the rear.

This is pretty much as good as it gets. Yes, there are teething issues with WRX90 because it's such a new platform, but once you get past those, the board has been rock solid.

Nice build quality, decent fit and finish, reasonable beveled edges. No sharp bits to get cut on.
