it fits it works
sturdy and perfectly aligned with open front for a perfect cooling. not too loud but they could have a hydro dynamic bearing since they are charging this high price.
really good i bougth it for a Rosewill card reader cause my hafx 942 dont have a Bay for it and it works fine, couldnt use the card reader tho LOl i only have an USB conector on my rampageiii xtreme :(
Does exactly what I wanted it to do, I will buy another whenever my storage needs comes up again.
installs in seconds, fits two SSDs
* Lightweight * Durable * Inexpensive * Uses SATA power instead of Molex (4-pin) power * User replaceable fan
Fan ventilation is good. Takes 3 sata drives (only sata, not sas) connectors and 2 sata power connectors for 3 drives. You need builtin fans for high density storage like this. Getting a cage and adding one yourself may be cheaper but it will take time and you'll need to find the quiet fans and mount them - it is not worth it. Get a product like this that has it built in. The board has all the power and everything else in it.
cheap price, hot swap SSD & HDD with different OS in them without opening the case
Perfect low cost solution for using 2.5" SSD's in my removable hot swap bays on my Gateway FX6831-03. Aligns perfectly using the removable media tray that came with the computer.
Well made, inexpensive, 2.5 -3.5 drive adapter. I bought this adapter for my SSD to go into a 3.5 multi-drive bay, and it was snap to use. Just drop in the drive and slide into the adapters data connector. Adapter comes with mounting holes and screws if you need them. I have a tool-less, screw-less bay, so this adapter just slid into the drive bay and connected flawlessly. Adapter is designed with air ventilation slots all around, and some sort of coating, that I presume helps the drive adapter disperse heat.
Pros? They work; they've been perfectly reliable; they're compatible with SATA-II and SATA-III; I've never had so much as a cooling fan fail. I've installed them in all five of the household computers, and this adds convenience when necessity calls for it.
it is easy to use. All connector included. Very nice shape. Full plastic made.
