I havent found a single thing wrong with this pc except sometimes itll lag but thats common and just a reset fixes it which is very easy to do because it has a button on the top of the build conveniently. other than that works amazing! 10/10 reccomend

Nvidia's insane price hikes finally forced my hand this time, after 20 years of exclusively Intel/Nvidia builds. I swapped from a 3090RTX to this. The performance of this rig is more than enough for high/ultra quality gaming at 2/3rds to 1/2 of the price of a comparable setup. After using this I don't really see a reason to swap back, you're just paying for the name these days. Clean case in a reasonable size, very good airflow. This is the first rig I've had in years with air cooling and it's quieter than my liquid cooled rig was last time. No bloatware, just a basic Windows install the way I like it. Needed to upgrade drivers, but that was simple. Build quality and cable management was professional, cable sleeves are black as are the zip ties so it all looks very clean. It's all tied up pretty good, so you'll need to clip some zip ties if you have extra components to install that need power. Comes with a pair of SATA cables if you wanna mount some SSDs on the back.

The computer arrived with some issues. I contacted the tech service and they helped me troubleshoot the problem. The problems could not be resolved. So, I returned the computer, with free shipping, and received a awesome working computer with no hassles.

This is one of the best deals on the market. Great ciustomer service talked me through the whole shipping process , i have been gaming on a laptop for year. I am aware this isnt perfect for that , but it dos it so much better than my ryzen 3 "gaming" laptop haha .. I appreciate that these deals are out there i wish it didnt say ships from us thats all thats misleading. Once windows 10 isnt supported anymore it will still function fine with most things for a long time, and then you can go to ubuntu which is easy to do and use...the boomers trashing this deal dont know anything this cpu will still have great value in gaming and productivity for a good long while , in spite of Microsoft attempt to brick anything older than 8th gen . i am so satisfied and for the price its a throw away and i intend on upgrading and putting it all on a gaming mobo and a little case... water cooling and overclocking an older i9 maybe... that is perfectly fine for 5 more years ... i will need to upgrade the gpu to a rx6600 asap but for rn for everything im playing the 4gb card works fine everything high settings steady fps of 30+ dips into the 20s occasionally . for teh price thats amazing i agree amd would perform better but you cant find those cuz people prob already did if they even did runs with ryzens. Every gamers wet dream is a ryzen 9 and a 12 gb gpu... but those of use who dont need or cant afford such vanity, this deal is amazing

Got this on sale and was a little hesitant since the brand of GPU, Motherboard, and RAM were not mentioned. The last computer I got from a large company and they did the same and I got the lower model brands of all components and had issues with them. When the computer came it, It was all high quality brands. MSI GPU and MOBO, GSkill RAM. Everything was installed correctly and had no issues with the computer or any RGB components. Easily downloaded the software to change the RGB Lighting. Everything was easy.
