Corsair Memory is specifically designed for rock-solid stability in demanding applications. Data lines are carefully engineered for noise immunity; clock lines are optimized for minimum skew. All modules use JEDEC-compliant six-layer.
Pros: Purchased 2x2GB . Great performance as usual from Corsair - Ran memtest for 2 days without errors. I added these to my DELL SC1430.2 Quad Core CPU's. Newegg delivery was prompt.
Overall Review: Will buy a couple more in the future so I canhave all four matched ( still left the original RAM that came with the server in the other two slots)
Pros: Works with MacPro Quad 3.0. Installed 8 sticks for a total of 16GB or ram. I ran memtest OSX last night and it passed all tests.
Cons: 1 out of 7 sticks came defective but newegg replaced it.
Pros: rank 2 memory module. Works great on my Dell PowerEdge SC1430 with the existing 1GB (2x512MB).
Overall Review: Run memtest86+ v1.70 for hours without any issue.
Pros: I installed it in my Dell Precision 490 and works great
Overall Review: if you need ECC fully buffered ram don't hesitate to buy these
Pros: I build my own Precision workstation with a chassis bought from a popular but review-banned online auction site, a Hong Kong gray-market motherboard, a couple of engineering sample Zeon quads and this memory. Stock out of the box with a fresh un-tweaked Windoz 7 install with Dell's Vista drivers this ran 10 iterations of PCMark Vantage (about 24 hours) with a score of 5751 and then ran 3DMark 06 for 48+ hours with a score of 9833. This is with a single $80 4670 MSI video card bought here on Newegg. I am buying a couple more sticks today and after I install Suse and try Windoz 7 in a virtual machine, may buy a few more.
Cons: None for the memory. For the whole system, I don't have it over-bussed to take advantage of the 667 yet. The engineering sample Zeon quads are 2.4gHz @ 1066 although the final production release for these cores was 2.3gHz @ 1333.
Overall Review: I have been using Corsair memory since XP was launched, and have never been less than impressed.
Pros: Very reliable and works well.
Cons: None to date
Overall Review: Installed 2 pairs (4 sticks) in an Intel S5000VSASATA motherboard with a pair of Dempsey 5050's. Instant recognition.
Pros: Put in a Dell 2900 iii, worked perfect, no issues.
Pros: I run four of these sticks in a Tyan S5396 and they operate just fine.
Cons: The usual FB-DIMM heat issues kept me from considering running eight of these.
