Pros: easy install, fits exactly like the other fan that comes stock. comes with daisy-chaining accessories to make it less of a fuss to hook up RGB connections.
Cons: Not the quietest fan. (not too loud either)
Overall Review: Didn't really need this, just wanted another RGB fan to match the other one on my 212 hyper. I don't really know too much about fans, but it seems to do the trick. 2 fans on this cooler is definitely overkill for my Ryzen 5 3600x, but it's worth it for the drip.
