Non-functioning cables and no customer service 2/10/2017 6:52:38 AM
I ordered 4 USB cables from COMPRA. None of them functioned correctly - wouldn't power devices, or would cause them to malfunction. I contacted COMPRA about a refund and have been waiting a week for a reply. DO NOT do business with this company.

Misleading Product Description, No Communication 2/7/2017 7:40:51 AM
The item said "10 Pack" in the description, but the price was much lower than I would have expected for 10 of that item. I e-mailed the seller asking for clarification, but never received a reply. I ended up ordering the product anyway, since I only needed 2 of them, but I didn't know if I should expect 2 or 20. Only 2 showed up at my door. Ultimately, I got what I needed, but the product description was misleading and the customer service was non-existent.

Compra sent me a refurbished laptop when I ordered a new one ! 1/27/2017 11:12:42 AM
one week before Xmas I ordered a Asus Zenbook laptop to Compra as a gift to my girlfriend. 2 days after, I received the laptop and discovered it was refurbished whereas nothing in its description mentioned it. I immediately contacted Compra directly to complain about it. Although I sent them various emails, the only answer I got from Compra was after Newegg got involved in the problem and made them clear they had to act rapidly. One month after the sale, it turned out I was able to send them the refurbished laptop back at their own expenses and that I got fully reimbursed for it. So : in case you have a conflict with this seller, be patient and use Newegg customer service.

I have been waiting for weeks for a return label that they said was going to be sent immediately!!! So incredibly frustrating, and you think Newegg will step in...no way, they are just as bad returning my concerns!!! Good grief, just send me my return label!!!!

Email no response, delayed receiving items, provided tracking number do not work 1/4/2017 6:52:34 PM
I bought a monitor few days before Christmas; the item status was changed to "Shipped", however the provided tracking number does not work. It gave me a tracking number from a courier company Speedy Transport; but when I used the online web interface to check the ship status, the number do not work, and when I called Speedy Transport, they said that the tracking number does not work with them.

So I emailed them few days ago; and now, still not a single reply from them. Note that I live in Toronto, and the item is suppose to have been picked up in Kingston; Kingston to Toronto is less than 3 hours drive. I am expecting to receive this item within 2-4 days since its in the shipped status. All the item that I bought online from other online shops on boxing day even arrived; and yet this item is still missing.

I noticed that they also sell items on "Tropical Rain Forest"; how the hell Neweggs allow them to sell here with this bad customer service and shipment notification? I would also gave a 0 egg rating if I could.

Received one of five laptops. It's not unusual for an order to be separated so I waited for the remainder. Still nothing a week later. Contacted NewEgg. They sent an email to the seller (CC's me) asking about the remaining laptops. Later the next day I decided to cancel the remaining order & sent a email to the seller. That was Dec 20. I have not heard from the seller or NewEgg.
The seller would have received a zero egg rating but one egg is the lowest.

Product was received defective. Multiple attempts to contact seller and no reply. Worst service i have had. Will not be doing service again. Newegg has been great trying to resolve the issue but Compra is terrible. Do not buy from them!!!! Be warned

Very bad seller. The laptop had a problem with the screen and i never did recieve an answer, after 3 emails. I contacted asus directly and they solved the problem. I wont ever be buying from this seller, and i saw that they changed their name a while back. probly becouse they give a bad service. I dont undersand why newegg let thems sell here.
