Pros: - Worked to provide high-speed connection to Oculus Quest for Oculus Link using another USB-C 3.1 Gen1/2 cable. - 16 ft of extension.
Cons: - No instructions, either on site or in package. - Did I mention no instructions, had to guess how to configure this thing - Without instructions, I have no idea what the power connector dongle is actually for. My Oculus seemed to stay charged without using this thing.
Overall Review: So you have a measly 10ft Party Link cable to use your Oculus Quest to play Steam and Oculus Rift games, and sad about your limited play area? This extender adds 16ft to your tether and works! Plug in the simple USB-C connector to your motherboard USB-C port, plug the Party Link cable into the Female USB-C port (blocky end with useless power connector dongle) and you are in business. I was able to play both Steam and Oculus games on my Quest with this setup.
