Pros: Cheap, Simple, Rack mounted power strip.
Cons: No monitoring or frills here.
Overall Review: Standard 5-15p three prong wall plug made and price made this a no brainier to help a broke client in a crunch.
Installed and worked as expected.
Really thin depth (like 4") will allow it to mount 'behind a server' in in the same rack unit if required.
Pros: Mounts up fine, works great, shipped undamaged and quick
Cons: None at this time
Pros: More plugs than I need right now
eliminated another power strip
Fits into the server rack just fine
Cons: don't need a 15' cord
Pros: Solid build quality
East to rack mount
Outlets are spaced enough so that no outlet is wasted
Front+Back outlets are a nice feature
Very long heavy duty power cord
Cons: Power light flip switch covered by a cheap clear plastic box
Overall Review: I put this in an AV rack to start building my home network/small At-Home Cisco lab. I'm enjoying setting it up and all the challenges it brings!
Pros: It works great from the start. Uses normal 115v 15 amp connections common for most houses in the US.
Cons: The power switch cover is a bit hard to open without some effort. Which is great to keep your devices to be from accidentally shut off, but is just a pain in my case.
Pros: Connects all my stuff and it is mountable.
Cons: None at all. Big but it needs to be.
Overall Review: This thing works amazingly well. I needed power and boy does it deliver.
Pros: Nice product for the price. It's a power strip, so is it supposed to look nice?!
Cons: Just nit-picking here, but, the power switch was loose and crooked.
One corner of the ear was sent bent and it wasn't due to shipping, so you must have seen this before shipping.
That's the only reason for the low rating. I bent it back with pliers.
But the simple fact that it had to be seen by human eyes and you still sent it to me is enough to make me never by this brand ever again.
Overall Review: I used this PDU to connect 8 new Cisco Switches for our company's upgraded network. We needed something to organize the power cabling to a centralized location and this was exactly what we needed.
The PDU is extremely lightweight and small impact on our rack - you can barely see it! As with most Tripp-Lite products, I am very happy.
