It all starts with your heart. Galaxy Fit tracks your heart rate3 even when it's not on your mind. It sends you an alert to bring it to your attention, if your heart rate rises above a pre-defined level while resting.

No ordinary fitness tracker. Galaxy Fit keeps you informed by seamlessly integrating with your smartphone so you can see incoming calls, alarms and more. You can even send prewritten replies to messages right from your wrist. Moreover, when you set Do Not Disturb mode on your smartphone, the Galaxy Fit will automatically block notifications too.

Galaxy Fit detects six common exercises and starts tracking your workout automatically so you can focus purely on getting fit. You can select and customize up to ten preferred activities from more than 90 workouts through the Samsung Health App.4
