Pros: the headset in itself is so comfy and one of the best i have used, but after a while it completely stopped working
Cons: died after a while of usage, it doesnt work anymore, and both logitech and newegg refused to support me with a warranty claim even though my headset still falls under their so called "2-year warranty", the most frustrating supports of both companies ever!!
Overall Review: all i am saying is the headset is good, but you cannot get something and know that companies will sell you short if anything happens to it.
