Pros: -Compact -Well Made -Tons of options for different builds -Easy to take apart -Nice Airflow -Aesthetically pleasing
Overall Review: Highly recommend this to anyone that needs a compact tower, that's stylish and built well.
Pros: Looks great Excellent Airflow Easy to build in Modent features Light tint!! .... Corsair, give the option for clear tint in 4000X
Cons: None
Overall Review: I bought the define C compact years ago and was using it since and my preference is for compact type cases and i wanted decent airflow. A few others i was considering: Bequiet 500DX - still looks pretty great but is kind of outdated at this point, e.g. no bridgeless PCIex Lian Li Lancool 2 mesh - looks good but i didnt like that fact that you then had to purchase a separate type c cable, otherwise there is an ugly rubber cap or hole at the top, also i wasnt sold on the looks of the front panel Corsair 4000X - nice size, looks good and good features but I wanted clear tinted glass, corsair gives no option for that So i settled on this and coundnt be happier with the case. Fits my radiator and EVGA 3070 FTW3 perfectly. Thanks Fractal.
Pros: Size was perfect for my needs nice and compact footprint on my desk. Removal top and Front Panels make it easy to build in Solid build quality included fans pretty good good airflow overall including with add on vertical GPU mount
Cons: Not a lot of room for cable management make sure to properly strap down cables in the rear to ensure the back panel can fit back on. Concerned about longevity of power and reset buttons putting the top panel back on can be a bit tricky and I worry bad placement will break the buttons. Some of the PSU shroud cable holes/grommets seem off in placement should be better placed. I wish the case was 1/2 inch or 1 inch taller would allow for more compatibility with top mounted 280mm radiator and fans. You may be able to fit a 280mm radiator if you have slim radiator/fan, low profile ram and low profile motherboard VRM heatsinks.
Overall Review: Great case overall excellent value if on sale 20% off or more.
Pros: Easy to mod for any layout you want. Easy removable sides Front panel completely removable. Top is removable to easily attach fans/radiator. Easily supports 360mm AIO
Cons: None really.
Overall Review: I had the original Meshify C, the black one, and bought a Meshify 2 to upgrade and add a 360 AIO. When I got the new case I upgraded the wife to a new MB, CPU and RAM. I liked the Meshify C so it was recycled for her new build. It looked great and would have lasted her until I decided to upgrade her again. I decided a white case and a PSU with RGB would be a nice upgrade to the white AIO and fans. I really wanted to build in the Meshify 2 C after doing my build in the Meshify 2. I love the improvements over the previous C. Being able to take the top off and attach the radiator is just one of many improvements over what I thought was a great case. Overall, I would highly recommend Fractal cases. I also have a vertical GPU mount from Fractal and it's a solid product as well. My original C case will be my adult son's new case later this week. We're becoming a Fractal family.
Overall Review: Awesome case. Small and compact but roomie enough for big graphics cards and big air coolers. Also, plenty of dust filtration and a sturdy metal mesh for the front and top. The only thing I dont like is the power button. The button is very stiff.
Pros: - good airflow - looks nice - easy to use
Cons: - cable management is a bit iffy - substandard front panel input components? - support for radiators is a little misleading
Overall Review: I'm overall happy with this case but I have a few gripes. First, the front panel mic didn't work for me and this is apparently a well known and common issue. I contacted FD and they made sure I didn't have the wrong type of mic jack, then they sent out a replacement part. It was easy to replace, but honestly I shouldn't have had to do it, especially when it sounds like this issue has been ongoing for years in previous versions of this case line. Second, they advertise that you can use a radiator in the top or front of the case but it's not really possible in the top. They strangely also indicate it supports a 240mm radiator up top (but not a 280mm radiator) yet I can fit their two 140mm fans up there no problem. I don't think the length of the radiator is an issue, but the height most certainly is! With just the fans installed, there is maybe a 0.5 inch space between the fans and the power inputs / a heatsink on my motherboard. A very thin radiator and very thin fans might work, but there was no way I was getting a normal 240mm AIO up there. In general, I think with this case you really need to plan your build thoroughly. I just sort of winged it, so I ended up having to put my radiator in the front. Later, I finally landed a 6900 XT (I started out with a 1030 due to the 2020/2021 gpu market) and had to remove one of the fans from my AIO to fit the card in the case. That is 100% on me, but I mention it so that other people don't make the same mistake. Cable management looks good through the glass side-panel, but behind the tray it's a little cramped. I had to move stuff around and really cram some stuff in there because the non-glass side-panel can easily pop off with a little bit of pressure. All in all I don't regret my purchase, but in hindsight I would have purchased something with a little more space maybe, even if it was just a bigger Meshify.
Pros: Cable-Management Cut-Outs everywhere you need themComes with 3 relatively high-quality fansTons of configurable features to support a powerful build but that are also removable to further increase case airflowQuiet even with no noise-dampeningExcellent thermals, especially for a smaller caseAmazing aestheticsVery high build-quality
Cons: Case is HEAVY for its sizeWatch a case review to see how everything works if you haven't built in a Fractal case beforeIncluded fans aren't PWM (real first-world problems here, I know... I'm struggling to find Cons)No case fan hubs (again, first-world problems, especially if you're using 140mm fans)
Overall Review: Strikes the perfect balance between overall case size and building convenience.Everything about this case was enjoyable to work with, from the numerous toggle-able interior configurations and removable panels to the immensely well-positioned cable-management cut-outs. Given that nearly every exterior surface either snaps or slides off, you can work in this case from any angle and reach any screw or header for anything that you could possibly want to add.Airflow in the case is fantastic even with only the three fans that come with the case. I went ahead and added a pair of extra A-series Noctua fans (bottom intake, rear top exhaust) and in a month of use have never really even heard the fans they're running so low. That said, the extra fans only lowered temps by 3-4 degrees, so the three stock fans alone already put you well into the diminishing-returns range for total fans, which is very good.Cable-management was an absolute breeze with a modular PSU. If you remove the HDD cage (like I did) you have even more room to stash stray cables if you want to use cable-extenders or something for aesthetics. The main bay is easily the cleanest-looking out of any build that I've done and the back panel has easy routing from the PSU to any component.Overall build-quality is top-drawer and the aesthetics of the case are very "adult" and sensibly stylish. I went with the Dark Tint model with an overall darker build. I quite enjoy the tint filtering the modest amount of light generated from the inside.TLDR; I would (and have) recommend this case to anyone wanting a smaller, classy case.
Pros: - First of all this case looks amazing. I wanted to go with a white and black build and this case fit the bill perfectly. - Very easy to build in. I really like that you can easily remove all of the panels without any screws. (2 screws for the top fan mount). It allows you to easily access areas of the case that would otherwise be a tough reach. - The airflow is really great, I added one extra fan above the CPU Air Tower for exhaust and have been getting great temps with my new 12700K
Cons: - While one of the pro's is the smaller size, the only downside was that with the second fan installed on my Noctua NH-D15 I wasn't able to close the glass panel because it protruded too far. I think that's a mix of RAM clearance in the front and Motherboard heatsink on the back not allowing there to be enough room. It's just something to note about the narrower design of the case if you're planning on a large air cooler as well. Not necessarily a knock on the case but just wanted to point it out.
Overall Review: - Would recommend this case to anyone looking for a well built and easy to build in case. Coming from an S340 Elite this is a huge upgrade.
