Pros: Its shockingly comfortable. It really does not look it in the pictures, but it is. Setup is easy and near effortless. The various adjustment options are near perfect. I can game in this most of the day, and its still comfortable.
Cons: 1 year update 2018: Poor durability. At this price, I expected it to last about 5 to 8 years....seriously. A chair I bought from an office retail store lasted about 12 years once upon a time and cost $100 in the early 2000's. This one is falling apart after one year. The "imitation leather" is cracking and coming apart, the foam cushion is starting to come apart from inside the chair, and the stitching is coming apart also. I'd be okay with all that if they knocked about $180 off the price, but that is not the case. I'm not a big guy, probably 150lbs on my best day, so I'm not exactly putting a lot of pressure on this chair. Needless to say, the quality level needs to improve dramatically.
Overall Review: Not much, just suggestions for improvement. The arm rests need to be a bit longer, or move back more, they only move forward. The lumbar support add on that comes with it is useless. Its just too much, too dramatic a standout. There is almost a slight lumbar bend built it, I can feel something out there. However, I would want a slight more pronounced lumbar bend in the chair. A lumbar add on is not a good thing, because it just juts out at your back. The chair needs to naturally bend the way the back does, across the full length of the back. Get that right, and this chair is perfect, perfect, and perfect.
