This Cable max support resolution of 1920x1080, but please be well known that if you would like to output 1080p, you should have 1080p dms 59 pin Graphics Card, 1080p DVI Cables and 1080p Monitors.

1: DMS 59 Pin Male is Very Similar with DVI 24+1 or 24+5, so please do not regard this as DVI Adapter.
